بررسی و تبیین نقش آموزش بر عملکرد مدیریتی دهیاری ها شهرستان ری

یکی از الزامات کارآمدی مدیریت در جوامع روستایی، آموزش هدفمند و علمی مبتنی بر نیازهای روز می باشد. مدیریت مناطق روستایی به دلیل تنوع وظایف و پاسخگوهایی مختلف به ذینفعان از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است. در جوامع روستایی، امور اجرایی بر عهده دهیاران می باشد و این افراد از افراد مستعد بومی همان منطقه باید انتخاب شود، آشنایی با امور مدیریتی فرایندی زمانبر می باشد و دهیاران با توجه به زمان اندک خود باید بتوانند نیازهای آموزش خود را بصورت مستمر دریافت نمایند. از سوی دیگر باید مشخص شود، آموزش‌های ارائه شده تاچه میزان می‌تواند به توسعه پایدار و مدیریت علمی کمک نماید؟ با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، این تحقیق با هدف بررسی نقش آموزش بر عملکرد مدیریتی دهیاری‌ها در شهرستان ری صورت پذیرفت. جامعه مطالعاتی شامل دهیاران می باشد. حجم نمونه تحقیق با توجه به فرمول کوکران ، 70 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار اصلی این تحقیق پرسشنامه خود ساخته محقق متناسب با مطالعات انجام شده و مدل نظری فصل دوم طراحی شده است.. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد،آموزش دهیاران در حوزه مدیریت هزینه‌ها، پاسخگویی، پیاده سازی الگوهای مدیریتی توانسته موفق عمل کند و بیشترین میزان رضایت‌مندی روستائیان در حوزه‌های اقتصادی و پاسخگویی می باشد.

Investigating and explaining the role of education on managerial performance dehyari ha case study Villages in Ray Town

One of the requirements of management efficiency in rural communities is targeted and scientific education based on the needs of the day. Management of rural areas is important because of the diversity of tasks and responses to stakeholders. In rural societies, executive affairs are the responsibility of the dignitaries, and these individuals must be selected from indigenous people of the same area, familiarity with management issues is a timeconsuming process, and the tenants, given their limited time, should be able to receive their training needs continuously. On the other hand, it needs to be determined, how much can the provided education contribute to sustainable development and scientific management? Regarding the importance of the subject, this research was conducted with the aim of investigating the role of education on managerial performance in rural districts. The research community includes the diner. The sample size was 70 students according to Cochran formula. The main tool of this research is a researchermade selfmade questionnaire tailored to the studies conducted and the theoretical model of the second chapter. The results of the research showed that the trainers in the field of cost management, accountability, implementation of management patterns managed to succeed and the most Satisfaction of villagers in economic and accountability areas.
