واکاوی نقش کارآفرینی کشاورزی در اشتغال و توسعه‌ی روستایی

روستاها به عنوان کوچک ترین واحد اجتماعی در هر جامعه‌ای، از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردارند بی شک تلاش برای کاهش مسائل و مشکلات این واحدهای اجتماعی و استقرار مناسب آنها در چرخه توسعه، مستلزم توجه‌ای ویژه است. یکی از عوامل موثر در توسعه روستایی، کار آفرینی است. کار آفرینی فرآیند ارتقاء فن‌آوری با ایجاد یک کسب و کار با سازمان جدید است. توسعه کارآفرینی درتمامی ابعاد و به خصوص در بخش روستایی از جمله ابزارهای مناسب جهت این مهم می‌باشد. یکی از اهداف کلان توسعه روستایی، کاهش بیکاری و افزایش اشتغال است. کارآفرینی روستایی می تواند صرف نظر از این که یک منبع درآمد و اشتغال برای ساکنین روستا باشد در توسعه اقتصادی روستا و در نهایت توسعه روستایی موثر باشد. متنوع سازی اقتصاد روستایی تنها با القا از بیرون محقق نمی شود، مگر این که کارآفرینان محیط های روستایی، خود فرصت ها و منابع بالقوه و بالفعل را بشناسند و با استفاده بهینه از آنها تنوع اشتغال و اقتصاد را برای محیط های روستایی به ارمغان بیاورند؛ به همین جهت ایجاد مزیت های جدید اقتصادی، افزایش رفاه انسانی، جلوگیری از مهاجرت روستاییان به شهرها و برقراری سازگاری بین فعالیت و فضای زندگی در نواحی روستایی از اهداف توسعه روستایی و افزایش اشتغال است.

Diversification of the rural economy can not be achieved only by induction from the outside, unless entrepreneurs of rural environments recognize their potential and actual resources and their optimal use of the diversity of employment and the economy for rural environments; Therefore, creating new economic benefits, enhancing human wellbeing, preventing rural migrants from moving into cities, and establishing a balance between activities and living space in rural areas, will serve rural development goals and increase employment.
