چکیده
|
هدف این پژوهش، مطالعه وضعیت گردشگری روستایی در دهستان الوند غربی استان همدان و ارائه راهبردهای توسعه آن می‌باشد. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از روش مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختارمند با کارشناسان سازمان میراث فرهنگی و گردشگری بهره‌گرفته شده است و از تکنیک swot جهت تدوین راهبردهای توسعه استفاده شد که به این منظور اولویت‌بندی برحسب اهمیت نظرات هرکدام از مشارکت‌کنندگان، ضریب اهمیتی بین صفرتا یک برای آن‌ها لحاظ شده است. این تکنیک بر اساس تجزیه‌وتحلیل کیفی عمل می‌کند. در این تحقیق برای برنامه‌ریزی و تدوین راهبردهای کارآمدتر پس از مراحل انجام داده‌شده از ماتریس برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک qspm بهره برده شد. نتایج تحلیل swotنشان می‌دهد که منطقه موردنظر در وضعیت تهاجمی (so) قرار دارد و راهبردهای مقتضی باید در این حیطه باشد و بعد آن به ترتیب می‌توان راهبردهای رقابتی (st)، تدافعی(wt) در آخر نیز راهبردهای محافظه‌کارانه (wo) را اعمال نمود. همچنین اولویت‌بندی بر اساس ماتریسqspmنشان داد که راهبردهایی که می‌توانند در اولویت قرار بگیرند، به ترتیب اهمیت عبارت‌اند از: راهبردهای s01 st1 wt1 wo1st2 s02 s03.

Prioritizing SWOT strategies by using QSPM in order to realize rural tourism development (a case of: Western Alvand Village in Hamedan Province)

Abstract
|
the purpose of this research is to study the rural tourism situation in the western Alvand rural district of Hamedan province and present its development strategies. Semistructured interview with experts from Cultural Heritage and Tourism Organization has been used for data collection. SWOT technique has been used to develop development strategies. To prioritize according to the importance of each participant’s views, the coefficient of importance between zero and one is considered for them. This technique operates on the basis of qualitative analysis. In this research, the QSPM strategic planning matrix was used to plan and formulate more effective strategies following the steps taken. The results of the SWOT analysis indicate that the area in question is invasive (SO) and appropriate strategies should be in this area, and then, competitive strategies (ST), defensive (WT) strategies can be applied in the end, also conservative (WO) strategies. Also, QSPM matrixbased prioritization showed that the strategies that can be prioritized in order of importance are S01ST1WT1WO1ST2S02S03 strategies.
