سنجش میزان زیست پذیری محلات شهری (مورد مطالعه : منطقه 11 تهران)

زیست پذیری که مفهوم تحت بررسی این پژوهش است، از اواخر قرن بیستم مورد توجه قرار گرفت است، زیرا فضاهای شهری دچار مسائلی چون کیفیت پایین محیط، آلودگی صوتی و هوا، و ... شده بودند. تحقیق حاضر با هدف شناخت تحلیل فضایی وضعیت موجود زیست پذیری شهری در محلات منطقه 11 شهر تهران بر اساس ابعاد زیست پذیری انجام شده است. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ روش توصیفی تحلیلی، به لحاظ نوع، کیفی و از نظر زمانی مقطعی و برای گرداوری داده ها از روش اسنادی پیمایشی استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش ساکنین منطقه 11 تهران می باشد. داده های مورد نیاز برای تحلیل با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و تنظیم پرسشنامه با استفاده از طیف پنج گزینه ای لیکرت صورت پذیرفت. اعتبار پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظرات متخصصان تایید شد، و برای سنجش میزان پایایی ابزار از روش الفبای کرونباخ استفاده و با نتیجه (8/0) مورد تایید قرار گرفت. تجزیه تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss و آزمون های آماری ( آنوا، فرید من وone sample t test ) و ترسیم نقشه ها و تحلیل فضایی داده ها از روش idwدر نرم افزار gis انجام شده است. بر اساس یافته های پژوهش، محله منیریه از لحاظ زیست پذیری دارای وضعیت مطلوب و محله اسکندری دارای وضعیت نامطلوب هستند. نتایج پژوهش در تحلیل آماری و تحلیل فضایی نشان دهنده وضعیت زیست پذیری متوسط منطقه 11با گرایش به سمت وضعیت مطلوب را ارزیابی می کند.

The present study is descriptiveanalytic .The viability is one of the recent discussions and theories of urban planning, which like other theories for life will lead us towards a better city. The present study is Evaluation – Comparison according to method; is quality according to kindness; is presently in terms of the time; and it has been used the method of AttributiveSurvey for gathering data. The population in this study are residents of Region 11 of Tehran. Data required for analysis is completed by using of questionnaires and their reliability is confirmed by Cronbach’s alphabet (0.8), and data also were analyzed by SPSS software and the tests (ANOVA, Friedman and one sample t test); the IDW manner in ArcGIS is used for spatial analysis. Based on these findings and in terms of livability, the sector of Monirieh is in good condition and Eskandari’s quarter is unfavorable. The results of the statistical analysis and spatial analysis demonstrates that the average of region 11’s livability towards to ideal situation.
