میزان رضایت شهروندان از پلیس راهنمایی و رانندگی در کاهش و کنترل تصادفات (مطالعۀ موردی: شهر مرودشت)

در ایران از میان حوادث مختلف مرتبط با زیرساخت حمل و نقل جاده ای، تصادف رانندگی از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است. طوری که 25 درصد تلفات ناشی از مرگ و میرهای غیر طبیعی کشور ناشی از تصادفات ترافیکی است. صدمات و خسارات ناشی از تصادفات ترافیکی، امری مهم و قابل ملاحظه است که متاسفانه در اغلب موارد نادیده گرفته می شود. این پژوهش با هدف اصلی بررسی میزان رضایت شهروندان از عملکرد پلیس راهنمایی و رانندگی در کاهش و کنترل تصادفات در زمرۀ تحقیقات توصیفیتحلیلی و پیمایشی قرار گرفته و از نظر هدف مطالعه، تحقیق کاربردیتوسعه ای محسوب می شود. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش، کلیۀ شهروندان شهر مرودشت(138649) می باشد برای سنجش پایایی پرسشنامه از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده گردید که آلفای به دست آمده (744/.) نشان دهندۀ پایایی قابل قبول پرسشنامه است. اما در رابطه با جامعۀ آماری تعداد تصادفات به دلیل محدودیت تعداد تصادفات نمونه گیری انجام نشده است. و کلیۀ جامعۀ آماری به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شد. به منظور تهیۀ نقشه ها و تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار spss استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش در تحلیل همبستگی اسپیرمن نشان داد که در شهر مرودشت بین سن رانندگان و وقوع تصادفات رابطه ای وجود ندارد و نتایج آزمون تی تک نمونه ای نیز نشان دهندۀ رضایت شهروندان از پلیس راهنمایی و رانندگی در کاهش و کنترل تصادفات است. سطح اطمینانی 95درصد و سطح معناداری(0.000) و همچنین حدبالا(0.46)و حدپایین مثبت(0.55)که بیانگر در حد متوسط بودن شدت رابطه است و نشان دهندۀ رضایت شهروندان از پلیس راهنمایی و رانندگی است.

Satisfaction level of citizens of this city from traffic police in controlling and decreasing the accidents (Case study: City of Marvdasht)

Among various events deal with road transport infrastructure, car accident has special importance in Iran. Because the reason of 25 percents of unnatural death in this country is traffic accidents, injuries and damages of traffic accidents are important but unfortunately are being ignored. This analytical descriptive and surveying research is studying satisfaction level of citizens from traffic police performance in controlling and decreasing the accidents, so from the aim of study view point, it is considered as a practical developmental research. Statistical population of this research is all citizens of Marvdasht (138649) and for measuring questionnaire validity, we used from Cronbach’s Alpha that the rate of obtained Alpha shows the acceptable validity of questionnaire. Because of limitation in accidents numbers, we didn’t get sample from this measure, so all the statistical population is selected as a sample. For providing maps and analyzing data, we used SPSS software The research results in Spearman correlation analysis show that there is no relation between the age of drivers and accidents occurrence in Marvdasht and results of one sample Ttest also shows citizen’s satisfaction from traffic police in controlling and decreasing the accidents. 95 percents of confidence level, level of meaningfulness (0.000), positive high (0.46) and low rank show middle intensity of relationship and citizen satisfaction from traffic police
