تحلیل وضعیت توزیع خدمات و جمعیت در مناطق روستایی استان ایلام با استفاده از ضریب جینی و منحنی لورنز

نحوه پراکنش خدمات روستایی نشانگر میزان رشد و توسعه یافتگی مناطق روستایی و بالطبع نحوه نگرش به ساز و کارهای برنامه ریزی غیرمتمرکز در سطح کشور می باشد. در پراکنش خدمات روستایی در مراحل اولیه توسعه یافتگی، توجه به شاخص های کالبدی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی حائز اهمیت بسیاری است. سنجش و ارزیابی نحوه توزیع موضوعات و عوامل موثر در توسعه و درجه برابری یا نابرابری در توزیع یکی از روش های شناسایی وضعیت جامعه و سطح توسعه آن است. پژوهش حاضر در پی آن است که به بررسی ارتباط بین پراکنش جمعیت و توزیع خدمات در نواحی روستایی بپردازد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و به روش توصیفی تحلیلی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه، روستاهای استان ایلام می باشند. داده های مورد نیاز از نتایج سرشماری نفوس و مسکن سال 1390 و 1395 استان ایلام به دست آمده است و با استفاده از شاخص یا ضریب جینی و منحنی لورنز به مقایسه ی وضعیت توزیع خدمات با توجه به جمعیت در مناطق روستایی استان پرداخته شده و مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته اند. یافته ها نشان می دهد که که در سال 1395 برابری بیشتری در توزیع خدمات با توجه به جمعیت در مناطق روستایی استان وجود داشته است و در سال 1390 برعکس( نابرابری در توزیع خدمات).

Analysis of the distribution of services and population in rural areas of Ilam province using the Gini coefficient and Lorenz curve

The distribution of rural services indicates the growth and development of rural areas and, therefore, the manner in which decentralized planning mechanisms are at stake in the country. In the distribution of rural services in the early stages of development, attention to physical, social and economic indicators is very important. Measurement and evaluation of the distribution of issues and affecting factors in development and the degree of equality or inequality in the distribution of one of the methods of identifying the status of society and its developmental level. The present study seeks to investigate the relationship between population distribution and distribution of services in rural areas. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptiveanalytical method. The statistical population of this study is the villages of Ilam province. The required data are derived from the census results of population and housing in 1390 and I395 in Ilam province. And using the Gini coefficient and Lorenz curve, the comparison of the distribution of services according to the population in rural areas of the province has been and have been analyzed. The findings show that in 1395 there was a greater equality in the distribution of services according to population in rural areas of the province and in 1390 on the contrary( Inequality in the distribution of services).
