شناسایی چالشهای هویت فضاهای شهری مسکن مهرشهرجدید (موردپژوهی: شهرجدیدپردیس)

همه شهرها برای حفظ پویایی وزنده بودن بایستی هویت داشته باشند و آن را حفظ کنند. شهری که هویت ندارد، زندگی در آن جریان ندارد، چنین شهری وجود نخواهد داشت. شهری که فاقد هویت باشد از خصیصه‌های شهری فاصله دارد و ساکنان آن به منزله میهمانانی تلقی می‌شوند که احساس خاصی نسبت به آن نداشته و تمایلی نیز به حل مسائل آن نشان نمی‌دهند. طرح مسکن مهرشهر جدید پردیس با نوع شهرسازی بی هویت، وپایه گذار الگوهای مدرن و بی هویت درشهرهای جدید است. این مساله درشهر جدیدپردیس تبدیل به یکی از چالش‌های اساسی هویت شهرشده است. یکی ازموضوعاتی که برای ارتقاء تمدن درشهرها ایرانی همیشه مطرح است موضوع هویت ساز ایرانی اسلامی شهرسازی است که این پژوهش به دنبال نحوه بهره گیری ازشاخص‌های هویتی ایرانی اسلامی درشهرسازی شهرجدیدومناطق مسکن مهربه شناسایی میزان ونحوه به کارگیری آن درپروژه‌های مسکن مهرشهرجدید(پردیس) وچالش‌های به وجود آمده دراثر بی ملاحظاتی کردن این مهم می‌باشد. با توجه به ویژگی های کلی تحقیق که علاوه برتاکید برمکان طبیعی وتفسیرومعنا، پژوهش حاضردرپارادایم ساختارگرا قراردارد که با راهبرد روش کیفی و با تدبیر مروری بر گردآوری داده ها، تحلیل وتفسیرازتکنیک مصاحبه عمیق وتحلیل محتوا ،که براساس استدلال منطقی به دنبال کالبد شکافی موضوع رفته ایم ،که درنهایت یافته‌های تحقیق حاکی ازعدم بهره گیری مناسب ازشاخصه‌های شهرسازی ایرانی اسلامی ونیزکم توجهی به استفاده از شاخص‌های هویتی ایرانی اسلامی برای طرح وساخت مجموعه‌ای با اصالت وشایسته ایران اسلامی مشخص شده است، که برای برون رفت ازاین چالش سعی کردیم برخی ازپیشنهادات درراستای ابعاد هویت سازدرمناطق مسکن مهرشهرجدیدپردیس ارائه کنیم.

dentifying the Challenges of Identity of Urban Spaces of MEHR Housing New CITY(Case Study: PARDIS City)

All cities must have identity and retain their identity in order to keep their weight dynamic. A city that does not have identity does not live there, there will not be such a city. A city without identity is far from urban attributes, and its inhabitants are considered to be guests that have no particular feelings about it and are reluctant to solve its problems. The new plan of Mehr housing new city pardis with a kind of urbanization is unenlightened, and is the mainstay of modern and unmodern patterns in new cities. This issue has become one of the main challenges of urban identity in the new city of Prestige.One of the issues that has always been raised to promote civilization in Iranian cities is the issue of Iranian urban identity designer. This research seeks to utilize the Iranian Islamic identity indexes in the urbanization of the new city of urban areas. Identifying the extent of its application to the Mehr housing new city (pardis) housing projects and the challenges that have arisen. It is important to do this without any consideration. Regarding the general characteristics of the research, which in addition to the natural and theoretical aspects of the research, the present research is structurally structured, which is based on a qualitative strategy strategy and a review of data collection, analysis and interpretation of deep interviewing and content analysis, which is based on logical reasoning following an autopsy. Finally, the findings of the research indicate that the proper utilization of Islamic Iranian urban development indicators and the lack of attention to the use of Iranian Islamic identity indices for the design and construction of a collection with the originality of Islamic Iran have been identified.
