راهکارهای مقابله با سیل

وقوع سیل‌های بزرگ در ایران، مخصوصا در سال‌های اخیر، شناخت عوامل موثر در ایجاد، تشدید و یا کنترل سیلاب را ضروری می‌سازد. در این پژوهش که بر اساس مطالعه منابع کتابخانه‌ای، رسانه‌ای و محلی انجام شده است، به شناخت راهکارهای مفید در زمینه مقابله با این مخاطره پرداخته شده است. تبعات و خسارات مالی، روانی و اجتماعی ناشی از مخاطره سیل به حدی است که گسترش مطالعات و بهبود اقدامات در این زمینه از ضروریات حوزه پژوهش، مدیریت و اجرا محسوب می‌شود در زمینه مهار و کنترل سیلاب باید به این نکته توجه داشت که تمامی اقدامات باید به گونه‌ای باشند که کمترین تغییر را در هیدرولوژی طبیعی اعمال کنند. بهترین اقدام در جهت به حداقل رساندن دخالت در محیط هیدرولوژی، نفوذ دادن رواناب‌ها به داخل زمین‌های شهری است. در این پژوهش سعی بر آن است تا ضمن شناسایی علل و عوامل موثر در ایجاد یا تشدید سیلاب، راهکارهایی جهت کنترل و تقلیل خسارات و همچنین بهره‌برداری و استفاده صحیح از آب‌های مازاد منجر به سیل ارائه گردد.

Flood prevention strategies

Huge floods in Iran, especially in recent years, makes it necessary the understanding the factors that contribute to the creation, intensification or control of floods.This study that is based on the study of library, media and local resources, identifying useful strategies to deal with this risk has been discussed. The financial, psychological and social consequences of the flood risk are to the extent that expanding studies and improving actions in this area are essential for research, management and implementation.
