نقش مناطق حفاظت شده در توسعه اکوتوریسم (مطالعه موردی پناهگاه حیات وحش میانکاله با استفاده از مدل swot)

چشم اندازهای طبیعی از کانون‌ها و جاذبه‌های توریست پذیر است، اهمیت دادن به آنها در حفاظت از محیط‌زیست به منظور دستیابی به توسعه پایدار امری ضروری است. در این تحقیق به بررسی و طبقه بندی دو موضوع صنعت اکوتوریسم و حفاظت از محیط‌زیست که دارای دو رویکرد متفاوت ولی وابسته به هم هستند، پرداخته شده‌است. این‌که با چه نگاه و رویکردی به موضوع فوق پرداخته شود از اهمیت فراوانی دارد. اگر دید اقتصادگرایی و جنبه سودآوری، از منابع طبیعی برای برنامه‌ریزان مئرد اهمیت باشد، صنعت گردشگری عاملی خواهد شد برای تخریب و بهانه‌ای برای سودجویی از طبیعت.اما با نگاهی دوراندیشانه و آینده‌نگر، می‌توان نسبت به توسعه صنعت اکوتوریسم در مناطق حفاظت‌شده و مناطق طبیعی به حفظ این منابع با ارزش تلاش کرد و عامل حفاظت از محیط‌زیست را بر عامل صنعت گردشگری مقدم شمرد. برنامه‌ریزی برای اکوتوریسم بایستی به گونه ای باشد که در برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت کم‌ترین آسیب برای تنوع زیستی را داشته باشد. سودهای حاصل از گردشگری ناپایدار و آسیب‌رسان به محیط‌های طبیعی و حتی فرهنگی، کوتاه مدت خواهد بود و صدمات جبران ناپذیری نیز به پیکره طبیعت وارد خواهد آورد. این در حالی است که می توان با بهره‌گیری از اکوتوریسم پایدار و مبتنی بر اصول زیست‌محیطی، تاثیر اقتصادی بلند مدت در سطوح ملی و محلی را لمس کرد. پناهگاه حیات‌وحش میانکاله با دارا بودن موقعیت مناسب و اکوسیستم خاص، توان بالایی در جذب گردشگران را داراست. در این پژوهش که با توصیفی و تحلیلی و بهره‌گیری از اسناد کتابخانه‌ای و هم‌چنین مشاهدات میدانی و تجزیه و تحلیل به روشswot صورت گرفته به بررسی ویژگی‌ها و پتانسیل‌های گردشگری پناهگاه حیات‌وحش میانکاله پرداخته شده‌است تا علاوه بر شناسایی این داشته‌ها در زمینه حفظ و پایداری اکوسیستم آن نیز تلاش شود و با توجه به نقش و اهمیت توسعه پایدار راه‌کار‌های حفاظت مطلوب آن نیز ارائه شود.

The role of protected areas in the development of ecotourism(Case Study of Miankaleh Wildlife Refuge Using SWOT Model)

The landscapes and landscapes of nature are touristfriendly destinations and attractions, so it is essential to protect them in order to achieve sustainable development. This paper investigates and categorizes two topics of ecotourism and environmental protection that have two different but interrelated approaches. Overall, it is important to look at how and how the negative and positive effects of the ecotourism industry and natural resources are to be treated. If, from the point of view of economics and the profitability aspect of tourism, natural resources are taken into consideration and more important to planners, the tourism industry will become a factor for destruction and an excuse for profitability of nature. In other words, nature will become an instrument for income generation and will disappear. But from a forwardlooking perspective, the growth of the ecotourism industry in protected areas and natural areas can conserve these valuable resources and prioritize the protection of the environment over the tourism industry. Planning for ecotourism should be such that it is minimally and preferably free of biodiversity damage in the planning and management of ecotourism. The benefits of unsustainable tourism and damaging to natural and even cultural environments will be shortlived and will boom and irreparable damage to the environment. But while using ecotourism based on environmental principles, one can easily sense its longterm economic impact at national and local levels. Intercity Wildlife Refuge has the potential to attract tourists with the right location and specific ecosystem. In this research, descriptive and analytical and using library documents as well as field observations and SWOT analysis, the characteristics and potentials of tourism in Miankaleh Wildlife Refuge have been investigated, in addition to identifying their potential for ecosystem conservation and sustainability. Attempt to provide optimal conservation strategies in view of the role and importance of sustainable development.
