تحلیل تاثیرات حفظ فرهنگ بومی در استان خراسان شمالی

فرهنگ و هنر از مهم‌ترین مسائلی است که در عصر ارتباطات یا جهانی شدن مورد توجه قرار گرفته و دیدگاه‌هایی متفاوت از تهدید جهانی شدن برای فرهنگ‌های ملی، بومی و محلی و هژمونی فرهنگ‌های خاص در جهان تا امکان ایفای نقش فعالانه فرهنگ‌های گوناگون را در برمی‌گیرد. اما آنچه می‌تواند فرهنگ‌های ملی و بومی را در عصر جهانی شدن پویا و بالنده نگه دارد نه تسلیم در برابر فرهنگ‌های دیگر و نه ایستادگی و دیوارکشی برای ممانعت از ورود جلوه‌ها و آثار دیگر فرهنگ‌هاست. فرهنگ قدرتی فوق العاده داردومارابرمی انگیزدکه نشانه هایی از تاریخ و فرهنگ ملتها درآن جستجوکنیم وهمین موضوع عامل وانگیزه اصلی سفراست. اگر فرهنگ راشامل تمامی میراث، اندیشه ها، رفتارها وتجارب انسانی بدانیم، هنگامی که مرزهای کشورها، اختلافات زبانی، فرهنگی و سیاسی رامطرح می کنند، این خود، عاملی باعث افزایش جاذبه های فرهنگی برای گردشگران می شود. و همین تفاوت ها واختلافات فرهنگی است که موجبات جذابیت هرچه بیشتر مقاصد گردشگری را فراهم ساخته است و گردشگران را به سوی خودمی کشانند. خراسان شمالی را می توان &گنجینه فرهنگ ها و اقوام ایرانی& لقب داد. وجود قومیت های گوناگون از جمله فارس، ترک، ترکمن، کرد و اقلیت های بلوچ، حتی عرب، لر و ترک ها با همه ویژگی های فرهنگی خاص خودشان، دلیل برازندگی این لقب برای خراسان شمالی است. قوم های ترکمن، کرد، بلوچ، لر و عرب هر یک دارای ویژگی های فرهنگی، صنایع دستی، لباس های سنتی و موسیقی خاص خود است و همین گوناگونی؛ خراسان شمالی را به گنجینه زیبای فرهنگ ها و جاذبه های فرهنگی تبدیل کرده است. و تحقیق حاضر در پی شناساندن فرهنگ و پتانسیل های استان خراسان شمالی است و راهکارهای را برای حفط اصالت و فرهنگ استان خراسان شمالی از جمله: آداب و رسوم، بازی های محلی، ضرب المثل های محلی و لالایی های محلی ارائه خواهد داد.

Analysis of the Impacts of Conservation of Native Culture in North Khorasan Province

Culture and the arts are among the most important issues in the age of communication or globalization, and vary from views of the threat of globalization to national, indigenous and local cultures, and the hegemony of particular cultures in the world to the extent that various cultures can play an active role. And it is these differences and cultural interactions that have made tourism more attractive and attracting tourists. North Khorasan can be called &treasure of Iranian cultures and ethnicities&. The existence of various ethnicities, including Fars, Turks, Turkmen, Kurds and Baluch minorities, even Arabs, Turks and Turks with all their distinctive cultural characteristics, is the reason why this nickname is suitable for North Khorasan. The Turkmens, Kurds, Baluchs, Lor and Arabs each have their own cultural characteristics, crafts, traditional costumes and music, and this has made North Khorasan a beautiful treasure trove of cultures and cultural attractions. And the present study seeks to identify the culture and potentials of North Khorasan Province and will provide solutions to preserve the authenticity and culture of North Khorasan Province including: customs, local games, local proverbs and local lullabies.
