تحلیل و بررسی نقش مشارکت روستاییان در گرایش به یکپارچه سازی اراضی زراعی مورد مطالعه: شهرستان بستان آباد

بهره برداری مناسب از عوامل تولید برای به فعالیت درآوردن امکانات بالقوه، اجرای کامل قانون یکپارچه سازی اراضی، تعاونی کردن تولید یا تجمیع اراضی خرد و پراکنده، ایجاد قطعات اراضی مناسب برای تولید و تجمیع سرمایه های انسانی و مادی پراکنده ی کشاورزان از راهبردهای اساسی و مهم در رسیدن به توسعه ی پایدار کشاورزی و روستایی محسوب می شود. بدیهی است مشارکت کشاورزان در امر یکپارچه سازی اراضی زراعی می تواند زمینه ساز اهداف راهبردی مذکور باشد. نوشتار حاضر که با هدف بررسی نقش مشارکت در گرایش به یکپارچه سازی اراضی زراعی تدوین شده است از نوع مطالعات کاربردی و روش آن توصیفی تحلیلی است و جهت جمع آوری داده ها و اطلاعات از مطالعات میدانی و کتابخانه ای استفاده شده است. جامعه‌ی آماری مورد مطالعه را روستاهای عین الدین، حاج آقا، اشدلق علیا و کردکندی از شهرستان بستان آباد جمعاً با 1013 بهره بردار کشاورز، واقع در شهرستان بستان آباد تشکیل می دهد. حجم نمونه با بهره گیری از فرمول کوکران 197 خانوار برآورد گردید. پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ بررسی و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 0.71 محاسبه گردید که بیانگر مطلوب بودن ابزار تحقیق است. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها و اطلاعات از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (ویکور، همبستگی، جدول توافقی و واریانس) استفاده شده است. یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که، بین ویژگی های فردی روستاییان و بهره بردارن پاسخگو و مشارکت در اجرای طرح ها و پروژه ها در همه مولفه ها (سن، جنس، تاهل، تحصیلات و ....) رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. همنیطور، بین شاخص های یکپارچه سازی اراضی و مشارکت اجتماعی در همه شاخص‌های مورد بررسی در سطح آلفای 0.05 رابطه معنادار و مثبتی وجود دارد. همچنین بین شاخص یکپارچه سازی اراضی زراعی و مشارکت مردم با میزان همبستگی (0.327 درصد) و سطح معناداری 0.000 رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد.

Analyze the role of rural participationin orientation to agricultural land consolidation (case study city Bostanabad)

Utilization of factors of production to work out the potential, the full implementation of Land Consolidation Act, coproduction or small and scattered land assembly, development of suitable lands for the production and accumulation of human capital and material scattered agriculturalIs one of the major strategies to achieve sustainable agricultural and rural development.It is obvious that farmer participation in agricultural land consolidation may be the underlying strategic objectives mentioned above.This paper has been developed to investigate the role of participation in orientation to the integration of farm lands. Required data has been gathered by documents and field stydies and questionnaire. The sample for investigation is rural of alHaj, Oshdalaq Upper and Kord Kande Bostan with a total of 1013 farmers of the city, located in the city Bostanabad. The sample was estimated197 households by using Cochrans C test. Validity and reliability was calculated by using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 71.0, which indicates the desirability of a research tool.The information is used for data analysis and descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation and variance) and inferential statistics (VIKOR), solidarity, Crosstabs and variance).The findings showed that there is a significant relationship between individual characteristics and exploiters accountable villagers and participation in projects and projects in all components (age, sex, marital status, education, etc.) there is a significant relationship.There is also positive and significant relationship between the indexes 05/0 alphalevel integration and social participation in all parameters evaluated lands in a positive and significant relationship exists.Also, there is a significant and positive relationship between the indexes 05/0 alphalevel integration and social participation in all indices studied land.
