ارزیابی مولفه‌های رضایتمندی از فضاهای عمومی محله بهارستان شهر تهران

یکی از مباحث مهم در موضوع برنامه‌ریزی شهری و همین‌طور بحث مدیریت شهری، توجه به فضاهای عمومی است، فضاهایی که نقش عمده‌ای را در تعامل‌بخشی، اجتماع‌ ‌پذیری، ایجاد شادابی، تنوع و سرزندگی در یک محله می‌توانند بازی کنند. همچنین امروزه فضاهای عمومی شهری، ضرورتی اساسی در برنامه‌های توسعه شهری یافته‌اند که این امر حکایت از نقش این فضاها در تقویت وجهۀ فرهنگی – اجتماعی شهر دارد. بنابراین با توجه به نقش بسیار موثر فضاهای عمومی در حیات شهری، برنامه‌ریزی برای این گونه از فضاها یکی از اولویت‌ها و دغدغه‌های اصلی مدیران شهری است. بنابراین هدف اصلی این تحقیق بررسی مولفه‌های اصلی رضایتمندی از فضاهای عمومی در محله بهارستان شهر تهران می‌باشد. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی – تحلیلی و مبتنی بر داده‌های اولیه می‌باشد که جمع‌آوری اطلاعات اولیه، به‌صورت اسنادی و پیمایشی و با استفاده از پرسشنامه انجام‌گرفته است. داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای spss و smart pls مورد پردازش قرار گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان‌دهنده آن است که رضایتمندی از فضاهای عمومی بر اساس نتایج آزمون t در محله بهارستان تهران با میانگین 2.75 در طیف لیکرت در سطح پایینی قرار دارد. همچنین بر اساس نتایج حاصل از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی مولفه‌های اصلی موثر بر رضایتمندی از فضاهای عمومی به 4 عامل اصلی تقسیم شد. همینطور نتایج حاصل از مدل‌سازی مسیر pls مولفه‌های اصلی تاثیرگذار بر رضایتمندی از فضاهای عمومی مولفه‌های جذابیت، ایمنی و امنیت، غنا و جامعیت شناخته شدند که با برنامه‌ریزی در راستای ارتقاء و ساماندهی این مولفه‌ها می‌توان سطح رضایتمندی از فضاهای عمومی در این محدوده را بالا برد.

Evaluation of satisfaction components of public spaces in Baharestan neighborhood of Tehran

One of the important issues in urban planning and urban management is attention to public spaces, spaces that play a major role in interacting, socializing, creating vitality, diversity and vitality in a neighborhood Can play. also Nowadays urban public spaces have become an essential requirement for urban development programs, which shows the role of these spaces in strengthening the sociocultural landscape of the city. Therefore, due to the very effective role of public spaces in urban life, planning for this type of space is one of the priorities and main concerns of urban managers. So the main objective of this research is to examine the main components of satisfaction of public spaces in the neighborhood of Baharestan in Tehran. The method of this research is descriptiveanalytical and it is based on the initial information. This information was collected by using a questionnaire based on documentary and survey methods. Collected data was processed by using SPSS and Smart PLS software. The results of this study indicate that satisfaction of public spaces based on the results of the T test in Baharestan neighborhood of Tehran with a mean of 2.75 in the Likert range is at a low level. Also, based on the results of exploratory factor analysis, the main components affecting the satisfaction of public spaces were divided into four main factors. Also, based on the results of the PLS route modeling, components of attractiveness, safety and security are richness and being comprehensive were identified as the main components that affecting the satisfaction of public spaces. It can be argued that with the planning in order to upgrade and organize these components, the level of satisfaction of public spaces in this area has been raised.
