بررسی جایگاه شهر جهانی در مدیریت شهری کلانشهر تبریز

اشارات مربوط به نیروهای جهانی شدن در تجارت، اقتصاد، سیاست، فرهنگ و نیز در متون مختلف علمی و موسسات آموزشی در اقصی نقاط جهان رواج یافته است. شهرها به دلیل اهمیت اجتماعی، اقتصادی و سیاسی روابط پیچیده‌ای با جهانی شدن داشته‌اند. مطالعات درباره این روابط در حال شکل دادن به یک چارچوب نظری جدید در مطالعات شهری است که نظریه شهر جهانی خوانده می‌شود. در مطالعات شهری، این نظریه جدید با پرسش‌هایی در رابطه با تاثیرات جهانی شدن بر شهرها و نحوه پاسخگویی شهرها به جهانی شدن آغاز می‌شود و با تدوین فرآیندهایی راهنما برای هدایت شهرها به سمت جهانی شدن پایان می‌یابد. در همین ارتباط کلانشهر تبریز به دلیل موقعیت جغرافیایی خاصی که در منطقه شمال غرب ایران دارد، همواره قطب این منطقه از کشور بوده است. پژوهش حاضر ضمن بررسی پیشنه و عوامل مفهوم جهانی شدن و شهر جهانی، به منظور تحلیل عوامل تاثیر گذار بر این مهم، مدیریت شهری را در این موضوع مورد بررسی قرار داده است. به عبارت دیگر جایگاه شهر جهانی در مدیریت شهری کلانشهر تبریز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بدین منظور پرسشنامه‌ای برای متخصصان، مدیران و مسئولان شهری و همچنین نخبگان که شامل اساتید دانشگاه تبریز در رشته‌های مربوط به شاخص‌های جهانی شدن می‌باشد، ترتیب داده شده که تعداد 979 بعنوان جامعه آماری پرسش به عمل آمده است. پایایی داده‌های مورد استفاده با بهره گیری از آلفای کرونباخ به میزان 0.75 محاسبه شده و توسط آزمون تک نمونه‌ای on sample ttest فرضیه‌های تحقیق مورد ارزیابی قرار داده شده است. برطبق آزمون تک نمونه‌ای هر سه فرضیه تحقیق که مبنی بر مطلوب بودن میزان آشنایی مدیران و مسئولان شهری با جهانی شدن و شهر جهانی، عدم وجود ظرفیت‌های نهادی مدیریتی لازم و عملکرد نامطوب مدیران شهری در تبدیل کلانشهر تبریز به شهر جهانی مورد تایید قرار گرفته است.
