بررسی روند و عوامل موثر در گسترش حاشیه نشینی در کلانشهر تبریز

حاشیه نشینی پدیده ای است که عوامل اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی، کالبدی و خدماتی و ... در پیدایش آن نقش دارند و از دو گروه بنیادی دفع کننده روستا و جذب کننده شهر نشات می گیرد. هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی روند حاشیه نشینی طی دهه های اخیر و تعیین مهم ترین عوامل در گسترش حاشیه نشینی در کلانشهر تبریز می باشد. روش تحقیق مقاله ی حاضر، توصیفی-تحلیلی، نوع پژوهش کاربردی و شیوه جمع آوری داده ها و اطلاعات اسنادی و پیمایشی است. در تحقیق حاضر جهت تعیین روایی تحقیق از روش تایید خبرگان و صاحبنظران استفاده شده است. سپس عوامل و شاخص های موثر بر حاشیه نشینی مشخص گردیده و با لحاظ مولفه های بدست آمده پرسشنامه ای برای ارزیابی و تعیین مهم ترین و تاثیرگذارترین عوامل در حاشیه نشینی تهیه گردید و در اختیار 34 نفر از خبرگان قرار گرفت. در نهایت داده ها با استفاده از روش های آماری و ضرایب همبستگی در نرم افزار spss تحلیل شده اند. یافته های پژوهش حاضر، نشان می دهد که مهاجرت در سالهای اخیر با افزایش روبه رو بوده است و حاشیه نشینی نیز تحت تاثیر عوامل مختلفی ( اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فیزیکی، خدماتی، فرهنگی) قرار دارد که از این بین، عامل اقتصادی با 29.41 درصد مهمترین عامل در روند حاشیه نشینی و عوامل اجتماعی، فرهنگی، خدماتی و کالبدی فیزیکی به ترتیب با 23.57، 20.58، 14.70 و 11.76 درصد از دیگر عوامل موثر در روند حاشیه نشینی در شهر تبریز بوده است و عامل بیکاری که یکی ازعوامل اقتصادی است در روند مهاجرتهای بی رویه به شهر تبریز نقش بسزایی داشته است.

Investigation of the trends and factors contributing to the spread of marginalization in Tabriz metropolis

Marginalization is a phenomenon in which economic, social, cultural, physical and servicerelated and in lower rates, safety factors play a role in its emergence and stems from two fundamental groups of rural and urban absorption. The aim of the present study is to examine the trend of marginalization in recent decades and determine the most important factors in the spread of marginalization in Tabriz metropolis. The research methodology of the present study is descriptiveanalytic, the kind of the research is applied, and the data collection method is documentarysurvey method. In the present study, to determine the validity, expert opinion method was employed. Then, factors and indices influencing marginalization were determined and having applied the obtained parameters, a questionnaire for the evaluation and determination of the most important and the most influential factors of marginalization was prepared. Then the questionnaire was given to the 34 experts, professionals, and highly qualified peoples of the field of renovation and development, urban planning, and urbanism who were indigenous to Tabriz city and were expert in terms of research and expertise related to Tabriz. Finally, the data were analyzed using statistical methods and correlation coefficients in the SPSS software. The findings of the present study shows that in recent years, migration has faced an increase in its amount and that marginalization is under the influence of various factors (economic, social, physical, servicerelated, cultural) among which economic factors with 29.41 percent is the most important factor in the marginalization trend and social, physical, servicerelated and skeletalphysical are the other influencing factors in the marginalization trend of Tabriz city with the 23.57, 20.58, 14.70 and 11.76 percent respectively and the unemployment factor which is a subpart of the economical factor has a significant role in the nonprocedural migration to Tabriz city.
