گردشگری شهری و توسعه پایدار شهری: تحلیل و بررسی جایگاه، نقش و پیامدهای توسعه گردشگری شهری

در جهت دستیابی به توسعه می توان از ابزارهای مختلفی بهره گرفت که حوزه گردشگری یکی از این ابزارهاست که خود دارای سطوح مختلف است. گردشگری شهری که یکی از زیر مجموعه های بخش گردشگری است می تواند نقش مهمی را در مدیریت شهری و دستیابی به توسعه ایفا نماید که در این مقاله موضوع بحث ما واقع شده است. ابتدا سعی بر آن داریم تا با مفهوم و ماهیت گردشگری شهری بیشتر آشنا شده و با تذکر اهمیت آن، اهداف و راهبردهای کلان توسعه گردشگری شهری را یادآور شویم. در ادامه به بررسی تاثیرات گردشگری بر توسعه شهری در چند بخش خواهیم پرداخت (شامل: اثرات اقتصادی، اجتماعی فرهنگی، کالبدی، زیست محیطی گردشگری در توسعه شهری) و به آثار منفی توسعه توریسم در شهر و در فرایند توسعه پایدارشهری اشاره ای خواهیم داشت. سپس به بررسی منابع و جاذبه های گردشگری شهری در ایران شامل: منابع وجاذبه های طبیعی، تاریخی ویادمانی، زیارتی واعتقادی و اجتماعی و فرهنگی می پردازیم و محدودیت‌ها و موانع توسعه گردشگری شهری در ایران را از نظر خواهیم گذراند. در نهایت راجع به تقویت و توسعه گردشگری شهری، نقش شهرداری ها، مدیریت شهری و شبکه هماهنگ گردشگری شهری را مورد توجه قرار داده و با نتیجه‌گیری بحث را به پایان می بریم.

Urban tourism and sustainable urban development: The study of the position, role and consequences of urban tourism developmen

In order to achieve development can be used many different tools that tourism is one of the tools that have different levels. Urban tourism can play an important role in the urban management and development which this issue has been discussed in this paper. First, try to get familiar with the concept and nature of urban tourism and then objectives and strategies of urban tourism development should be examined. The effects of tourism on urban development in many sectors will be examined (Includes: The economic effects of tourism on urban development, Social cultural effects of tourism on urban development, physical effects of tourism on urban development and tourism effects on the environment and urban development) And negative impacts of tourism development in the city will be listed. The urban tourism attractions of Iran includes: natural attractions, historic attractions, pilgrimage and religious attractions and social and cultural attractions are examined. And urban tourism restrictions in Iran will be analyzed. Finally, Urban Tourism Development, the role of municipalities, urban management and urban tourism network will be discussed.
