سازماندهی بافت فرسوده شهری با تاکید بر مشارکت مردمی (مطالعه موردی شهر کنگاور)

امروزه از مشارکت به عنوان کلید تحقق طرح‌های شهری یاد می‌شود. پروژه‌های شهری در ارتباط تنگاتنگ با کیفیت محیط زندگی، نوسانات اقتصادی، شرایط زیست محیطی و عوامل گوناگونی است که انسان‌ها و گروه‌های انسانی را در برابر منافع یا زیان‌ها قرار می دهد. از این رو در این تحقیق با استفاده از پرسشنامه سرپرست خانوار به امکان سنجی مشارکت مردمی در سازماندهی بافت فرسوده شهر کنگاور پرداخته شد. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی – تحلیلی است، در این تحقیق از انواع، ابزارهای تحقیق شامل اسناد و مد ارک، امار و پرسشنامه استفاده شده است .جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه کلیه شهروندان ساکن بخش‌های قدیمی کنگاور بودند که با استفاده روش نمونه گیری کوکران 384 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب گردید. نتایج نشان داد، مشارکت شهروندان در سازماندهی بافت فرسوده شهر کنگاور تاثیرگذار است. همچنین با داشتن پایگاه اجتماعی و فرهنگی افراد مناطق با بافت فرسوده، همچنین مناسب بودن وضعیت اشتغال و درآمد بر مشارکت آنان در سازماندهی بافت فرسوده شهری موثر خواهد بود.

The population studied were all residents of Kangavar old areas that 384 sampling using Cochran was selected as the sample. The results showed that citizen participation in organizing Kangavar old texture is effective. Also having social and cultural bases people of areas with old texture، Also suitable employment status and income of people will be effective on participation in the organization of urban old texture.
