تحلیل نقش باغداری در توسعه پایدار روستایی با تاکید بر کشت پسته دهستان شهرآباد، شهرستان بردسکن

بخش کشاورزی از مهم ترین بخش های اقتصادی کشور است. در این بخش جهت توسعه کشاورزی و توسعه روستایی، بر محصولاتی متناسب با مناطق مختلف تاکید می‌شود. یکی از کشت‌هایی که در بعضی از مناطق گرم و خشک ایران مانند کرمان، سمنان و خراسان رایج است، محصول باغی پسته یا طلای سبز می‌باشد. مسئله اصلی این پژوهش، تحلیل نقش باغداری در توسعه پایدار روستایی با تاکید بر کشت پسته (دهستان شهرآباد، شهرستان بردسکن) می باشد. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی است که به شیوه توصیفی تحلیلی برای بررسی پارامترهای مورد بررسی سود جسته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه خانوارهای روستایی دهستان شهرآباد شهرستان بردسکن، که شامل 2830 خانوار می‌باشد، تشکیل می‌دهند. با توجه به محاسبه فرمول کوکران تعداد 338 پرسش‌نامه به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب گردید و براساس فرمول تخصیص متناسب تعداد حجم نمونه در هر روستا مشخص شد. در ادامه برای تحلیل داده های گردآوری شده از نرم‌افزار spss و آزمون‌های اسپیرمن و خی دو استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که حدود 53 درصد از پاسخگویان از پسته به عنوان منبع اصلی درآمد بهره می‌برند. در میان شاخص‌های مورد بررسی در سه بعد اقتصادی، اجتماعی و کالبدی بالاترین میانگین‌ها متعلق به شاخص افزایش قیمت زمین و مسکن با میانگین 3.09 (اقتصادی)، شاخص تغییر الگوهای زندگی با میانگین 3.01 (اجتماعی) و شاخص تغییر نمای منازل با میانگین 3.23 (کالبدی) می‌باشد. نتایج حاصل از آزمون اسپیرمن وجود رابطه مثبت بین رونق باغداری (کشت پسته) و ارتقای زندگی روستاییان را با 99 درصد اطمینان بیان می‌دارد. همچنین نتایج حاصل از آزمون خی دو نشان می‌دهد که گسترش فعالیت‌های باغداری، سبب افزایش اشتغال و درآمد در دهستان شهرآباد شده است.

Investigation of the Psychological Empowerment of Rural Administrators in Rural Management and Development Process

Agriculture sector is one of the most important economic sectors of the country. In this section, to reach agriculture and rural development, crops suitable for different areas are emphasized. One of the crops that is prevalent in some hot and dry regions of Iran such as Kerman, Semnan and Khorasan, is the pistachio also called “the green gold”. The key issue in this study is to analyze the role of gardening in sustainable rural development with an emphasis on pistachio cultivation (Shahrabad rural district, Bardaskan City). This is an applied study that uses a descriptiveanalytical method to examine the parameters being investigated. The statistical population of the study consisted of 2830 rural families living in Shahrabad rural district of Bardaskan city. 338 questionnaires were selected as sample size according to the Cochran formula and based on the appropriate allocation formula, the sample size in each village was determined. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS software and Spearman and Chisquare tests. The results of the study showed that about 53% of respondents mentioned pistachio as the main source of income. Among the indices studied in three economic, social and physical dimensions the highest means belonged to: Rising land and housing prices at an average of 3.09 (economic) ,the index of change in life patterns with an average of 3.01 (social), and the index of changing home view with the average 3.23 (physical). The results of Spearman test show a positive relationship between gardening prosperity (pistachio cultivation) and promotion of rural life with 99% confidence. In addition, the results of the study indicate that the development of gardening activities has led to an increase in employment and income in the rural district of Shahrabad.
