بررسی تحلیلی مزایای شهر الکترونیک

امروزه لزوم به کارگیری فناوری اطلاعات و بسترسازی برای اداره الکترونیکی شهرهای کشورمان و استفاده از این دانش برای ساماندهی امورشهری، با توجه به حجم بالای کاری مدیریت شهری و در راس آن شهرداری، بر کسی پوشیده نیست. اهمیت این موضوع زمانی آشکارتر می شود که بدانیم در حال حاضر، از دیدگاه بسیاری از صاحب نظران، روش های سنتی شهرداری و شیوه های قدیمی آن، در بسیاری از موارد به ویژه در کلان شهرها، پاسخگوی خیل عظیم جمعیت آن نیست. بنابراین، لزوم استفاده از روش های نوین مانند شهرداری الکترونیک که مواهبی چون کاهش زمان اتلاف شده شهروندان در ترافیک، عرضه بهتر خدمات، توزیع عادلانه تر امکانات، کاهش آلودگی محیط زیست، افزایش اشتغال و بهبود مدیریت پایدار شهری از ویژگی های اجتماعی شهرداری را در پی دارد، می تواند انقلابی در زمینه مدیریت شهری به وجود آورد. دراین میان برنامه‏ریزی شهری و شهرداری الکترونیک از جایگاه ویژه‏ای برخوردار است، زیرا تنها با برنامه‏ریزی دقیق و مدیریتی قوی می‏توان‏ به اهداف مربوطه در این شهرها دست یافت. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تحلیلی مزایای شهر الکترونیک است. روش این پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی است. از یافته ‏های این پژوهش می‏توان‏‏ به مزایا و تاثیرات مثبت شهرهای الکترونیکی در زمینه خدمات فرهنگی، عمومی اجتماعی، صرفه های اقتصادی و مسائل زیست‏محیطی اشاره کرد.

An Analytical Review of the Benefits of Electronic City

Today, the need to use information technology and infrastructure for electronic management of the cities of our country and the use of this knowledge for the organization of the Amorshahri, due to the high volume of urban management and at the head of that municipality, is not anybody. The significance of this issue becomes more apparent when it comes to the fact that, from the point of view of many experts, the traditional methods of the municipality and its old methods, in many cases, especially in metropolitan cities, are not responsive to the huge population of its population.Therefore, the necessity of using modern methods such as emunicipality, such as reducing the time spent by citizens in traffic, providing better services, distributing more equitable facilities, reducing environmental pollution, increasing employment and improving sustainable urban management of municipal social features in It could revolutionize urban management.In this context, urban planning and emunicipality have a special place, because they can only be achieved with precise planning and strong management in these cities. The purpose of this research is to analyze the advantages of electronic city. The method of this research is descriptiveanalytic. The findings of this research can be used to highlight the positive and beneficial effects of electronic cities on cultural, social, economic, and environmental issues.
