ریسک مسکن روستایی (مدیریت ریسک و تاب آوری در نواحی روستایی)

یکی از مهم ترین ویژگی های معماری روستایی توجه به طراحی منطبق با نیازهای فطری مردم و محیط و فعالیت های روزمره آنان مانند نوع فضاهای معیشت مردم است. مصداق های معماری از همنشینی فضاهای زیستی و معیشتی در این نوع مسکن عمق توجه نسبت به زندگی مردم و نیازهای آنهاست که فضای کالبدی را با داستان زندگی مردم هماهنگ و آن را ایجاد نموده است. چنین نگاهی به زندگی و توجه به نیازها و هماهنگی با محیط طبیعی منجر به شکل گیری اشکال مختلف مسکن به صورت چادر، آلاچیق و مسکن موسمی یا دائم شده است. معماری روستایی اعم از مسکن، یا معماری فضاهای عمومی مانند آب انبارها، یخچال ها، آسیاب های آبی و بادی، کفتر خانها (برای حاصلخیزی و رشد گیاهان)، بندها و ... مصادیق بارزی از کتاب زندگی مردم است اما آغاز چنین رهیافتی مستلزم پدیدارشناسی مسکن روستایی و رجوع دوباره به چیستی و چرایی آن است. چنین فرایندی گام مهمی در مسیر شناخت، درک و احاطه به موضوع محسوب میشود که میتواند در تبیین اصول و معیارهای مسکن مطلوب روستایی اثرات مثبتی داشته باشد،در این پژوهش ضمن پرداختن به مفاهیم مسکن روستایی والگوی مسکن روستایی مطلوب ،اهمییت پرداختن به این موضوع را بررسی نموده و در آخر به ریسک ها و خطراتی که پیرامون مسکن روستایی قرار دارد و میتواند خطر نابودی این الگو ها را در برداشته باشد می پردازیم.

Rural housing risk (risk management and resilience in rural areas)

One of the most important features of rural architecture is paying attention to design in accordance with people’s innate needs and their environment and daily activities such as the type of people’s livelihood spaces. Architectural examples of the harmony of biological and livelihood spaces in this type of housing are the depth of attention to people’s lives and their needs, which has harmonized and created a cloud space with the story of people’s lives. Such a view of life and paying attention to the needs and harmony with the natural environment has led to the formation of different forms of housing in the form of tents, camellias and monsoon or permanent housing. Rural architecture such as housing, or architecture of public spaces such as water storages, refrigerators, water and wind mills, house shoes (for fertility and plant growth), dams, etc. It is a great example of the book of people’s lives, but the beginning of such an approach requires the development of rural housing and its rereference to what it is and why. Such a process is an important step in the path of understanding, understanding and encompassing the subject that can have positive effects on explaining the principles and criteria of desirable rural housing, in this research, while addressing the concepts of rural housing and desirable rural housing, we investigate the importance of addressing this issue and finally the risks and risks surrounding rural housing and can eliminate these patterns.
