بحران ریزگردها و تاثیرات آن بر امنیت مناطق (مطالعه موردی: شهرستان اهواز)

مسئله تامین امنیت یکی از موضوعات مهم و بنیادی حکومت‌ها در فضای کشور است. زیرا بدون دارا بودن امنیت هیچ نوع پیشرفت و توسعه‌ای در کشور حاصل نخواهد شد. در این میان جنوب غرب کشور از جمله فضاهای جغرافیایی است که به صورت‌های مختلف تحت تاثیر مسائل امنیتی قرار دارد و این موضوع چه به عنوان یک عامل اولیه و چه به عنوان عامل ثانویه بر توسعه فضایی این بخش از کشور تاثیرگذار بوده است. در مقاله حاضر نگاه به امنیت و ناامنی به عنوان یک عامل ثانویه در جنوب غرب کشور که در مقاله حاضر شهرستان اهواز در نظر گرفته شده است و با روش توصیفی و تحلیلی در پی پاسخ به این سوال است که مهم‌ترین پیامدهای امنیتی ریزگردها بر مناطق جنوب غرب کشور به‌ویژه شهرستان اهواز چیست. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل اساتید، دانشجویان دکتری و کارشناسی ارشد جغرافیا بوده‌اند و به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل از نرمافزار spss و آزمون رتبه‌بندی فریدمن استفاده شده است. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از آزمون فریدمن در پنج بعد مورد بررسی و تاثیرات امنیتی آن بر منطقه اهواز نشان داد که در بعد اجتماعی فرهنگی مهم‌ترین پیامد عبارت بود از مهاجرت از منطقه، در بخش اقتصادی کاهش بازدهی محصولات کشاورزی، در بخش سیاسی افزایش نارضایتی از عملکرد دولت، در بخش زیست‌محیطی کاهش حاصلخیزی خاک و در بخش دفاعی امنیتی نیز افزایش میزان ترددهای غیرمجاز به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین پیامدهای امنیتی بحران ریزگرد در منطقه موردمطالعه شناخته شدند.

Crisis of fine dust and its effects on regional security (Case study: Ahvaz city)

The issue of security is one of the most important and fundamental issues for governments in the country. Because without security, no progress and development will be achieved in the country. Meanwhile, the southwest of the country is one of the geographical spaces that are affected by security issues in various ways, and this issue, both as a primary factor and as a secondary factor, has affected the spatial development of this part of the country. In the present article, looking at security and insecurity as a secondary factor in the southwest of the country, which is considered in the present article of Ahvaz city and with descriptive and analytical method seeks to answer the question that the most important security consequences of dust on the southwest What is the country, especially the city of Ahvaz? The statistical population of the study included professors, doctoral and master’s degree students in geography, and the SPSS software and Friedman ranking test were used for analysis. The results of the Friedman test in five dimensions and its security effects on the Ahwaz region showed that in the sociocultural dimension the most important consequence was migration from the region, in the economic sector reduced agricultural productivity, in the political sector increased dissatisfaction with government performance. In the ecological sector, the reduction of soil fertility and in the security defense sector, the increase in the amount of illegal traffic were recognized as the most important security consequences of the fine dust crisis in the study area.
