ارزیابی اثرات گردشگری بر توسعه اقتصاد شهری (نمونه مورد مطالعاتی: شهر اردبیل)

برنامه‌ریزان و سیاست‌گذاران توسعه از گردشگری به‌عنوان رکن اصلی توسعه یاد می‌کنند و در همین ارتباط گردشگری با برنامه‌ریزی اصولی و شناسایی مزیت‌ها و محدودیت‌ها می‌تواند نقش موثری بر توسعه شهرها و روستاها، توسعه ملی و تنوع بخشی به اقتصاد ملی و در نتیجه توسعه اقتصادی شهرها گردد. در این ارتباط پژوهش حاضر به بررسی و ارزیابی اثرات گردشگری بر توسعه اقتصاد شهر اربیل پرداخته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کارشناسان و صاحب‌نظران صنعت‌گردشگری شهر اردبیل به تعداد 80 نفر می‌باشد. باتوجه به اهداف درنظر گرفته شده برای تحقیق از 3 مولفه عدالت اقتصادی، ثبات اقتصادی و رفاه اقتصادی در قالب 23 گویه بهره گرفته شد. پرسشنامه با پرسش‌های بسته در قالب طیف لیکرت(خیلی‌زیاد، زیاد، متوسط، کم و خیلی کم) طراحی گردید. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزارهای lisrel و spss بهره گرفته شد. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات نشان داد که بیشترین بار عاملی در بین نشانگرهای بعد عدالت اقتصادی به گویه میانگین درآمد سالانه خانوار(بار عاملی 0.81)، در بین نشانگرهای عامل ثبات اقتصادی به گویه رشد سریع بخش خدمات تجاری(بار عاملی 0.87) و در بین نشانگرهای رفاه اقتصادی به گویه افزایش میزان مراکز خدماتی و رفاهی(بار عاملی 0.87) اختصاص یافته است. به عبارتی، این نشانگرها بیشترین تاثیرپذیری را از گردشگری داشته‌اند. در بین ابعاد سه‌گانه نیز به ترتیب بعد رفاه افتصادی با ضریب 0.94، بعد ثبات اقتصادی با ضریب 0.90 و عدالت اقتصادی با ضریب 0.85 بیشترین تاثیرپذیری را از گردشگری داشته‌اند.

Assessing the effects of tourism on the development of the urban economy)Case study: Ardabil city(

Development planners and policy makers mention tourism as the main pillar of development and in this regard, tourism with principled planning and identification of advantages and limitations can play an effective role in urban and rural development, national development and diversification of the national economy and thus economic development of cities. In this regard, the present study examines and evaluates the effects of tourism on the economic development of Erbil. The statistical population of the study includes 80 experts and tourism industry experts in Ardabil. According to the objectives of the research, the three components of economic justice, economic stability and economic welfare were used in the form of 23 items. The questionnaire was designed with closedended questions in the form of Likert scale (very high, high, medium, low and very low). LISREL and SPSS software were used to analyze the data. The results of data analysis showed that the highest factor load among the indicators of economic justice dimension is the average annual household income (factor load 0.81), among the indicators of economic stability factor is the rapid growth of the commercial services sector (factor load 0.87) and Among the indicators of economic welfare, the item of increasing the number of service and welfare centers (factor load 0.87) is assigned. In other words, these indicators have been most affected by tourism. Among the three dimensions, the economic welfare dimension with a coefficient of 0.94, the economic stability dimension with a coefficient of 0.90 and the economic justice dimension with a coefficient of 0.85 had the most impact on tourism, respectively.
