تحلیلی بر ژئوپلیتیک حمل و نقل دریایی و نقش آن در توسعه اقتصاد سیاسی ایران (مطالعه موردی: سواحل مکران)

سواحل مکران در پیوستگی با اقیانوس هند، ظرفیت‌های گسترده‌ای در زمینه توسعه حمل و نقل دریایی و ترانزیت کالا در مقیاس بین‌المللی دارد. بررسی‌ها نشان می‌دهد که سرمایه‌گذاری در حوزه زیرساخت‌های بندری و توسعه ظرفیت‌های حمل و نقل دریایی و مبادلات تجاری و بازرگانی با کشورهای پیرامون، زمینه ساز ارتقای منزلت ژئوپلیتیکی کشور در حوزه دریایی خواهد شد. بهره‌گیری از این مزیت‌های جغرافیایی، می‌تواند توسعه اقتصادی و سیاسی و خروج از انزوای جغرافیایی در این منطقه را فراهم آورد. بنابراین، توسعه حمل ونقل دریایی به اقتضای سیاست خارجی یکی از عوامل و فرایندهای تولید قدرت محسوب می‌شود که مورد توجه دانش ژئوپلیتیک است. روش پژوهش حاضر با توجه به ماهیت مساله و موضوع آن، از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی است و از نوع مطالعات کاربردی است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که توجه به بستر‌های جغرافیایی در حوزه حمل و نقل دریایی در سواحل مکران، زمینه فعال شدن این ظرفیت‌ها  و به تبع آن پویایی اقتصادی دریامحور را فراهم می‌کند که موجب افزایش قدرت  و نفوذ ژئوپلیتیکی و ژئواکونومیکی ایران در مقیاس منطقه‌ای و جهانی خواهد شد.  از این جهت ایران می‌تواند با محور قرار دادن بنادر این منطقه و با فعال نمودن کریدور شمالی-جنوب و حتی غرب به شرق، زمینه همگرایی کشورهای منطقه و نیز توسعه سیاسی و اقتصادی بومی را فراهم نماید.

an analysis of the geopolitics of maritime transportation and its role in the development of iran’s political economy (case study: makrān coast)

the coasts of makrān, in connection with the indian ocean, have wide capacities in the field of development of maritime transport and transit of goods on an international scale. investigations showed that investment in the field of port infrastructure and the development of maritime transport capacities and trade and commercial exchanges with the surrounding countries will be the basis for improving the country’s geopolitical status in the maritime field. taking advantage of these geographical advantages can provide economic and political development and help the region overcome geographical isolation. therefore, the development of maritime transport, in alignment with foreign policy, is considered one of the factors and processes of power generation, which is a key focus of geopolitical studies. according to the nature of the problem and its subject, the present research method was descriptive-analytical and applied studies. the findings showed that paying attention to the geographical bases in the field of maritime transportation in the makrān coast provides the basis for the activation of these capacities and, consequently, the sea-oriented economic dynamics, which will increase the geopolitical and geoeconomic power and influence of iran on a regional and global scale. in this regard, iran can prioritize the ports of this region and activate the north-south and even west-east corridors to foster regional integration and promote local political and economic development.
