اولویت بندی مکانی استقرار صنایع تبدیلی کشاورزی در استان گیلان با استفاده از روش topsis

روستاها به‌عنوان مایه حیات مراکز شهری باید از سطح تولیدات بیشتری برخوردار باشند. استقرار صنایع تبدیلی یکی از راهکارهای جهش تولیدات کشاورزی است. از طرفی تسریع در استقرار صنایع فوق نیازمند بکارگیری روشهای مناسب می‌باشد که در این میان روش تاپسیس می‌تواند برنامه‌ریزان را  یاری دهد. از این رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف اولویت‌بندی مکانی استقرار صنایع تبدیلی کشاورزی در استان گیلان بدنبال پاسخگویی به این پرسش است که کدام شهرستانها با توجه به شاخصهای جمعیت و سرانه تولیدات کشاورزی در اولویت برتر قرار دارند. پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و مبنای روش آن توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده، اطلاعات با بهره‌گیری از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و تکیه اصلی بر مستندات آماری کشور می‌باشد. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از مدل تاپسیس و جهت وزن دهی به شاخص‌های کشاورزی با توزیع پرسشنامه از نظر 10 نفر از کارشناسان صنایع تبدیلی کشاورزی استفاده شده است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد که  شهرستان رودسر با امتیاز نهایی 0.3914 به عنوان اولین گزینه انتخاب شده کوتاهترین فاصله را از جواب ایده‌آل و دورترین فاصله را از ناکارآمدترین مکان یعنی شهرستان ماسال با امتیاز نهایی0.0434 جهت استقرار صنایع تبدیلی کشاورزی بر حسب قابلیت دسترسی به مواد اولیه را دارا می‌باشند. در نتیجه سرمایه‌های انسانی و مالی، باید در مکان‌هایی با قابلیت برتر جهت دستیابی به اهداف توسعه پایدار بکار برده شود.

Prioritizing the Establishment of Agricultural Conversion Industries in Guilan Province Using TOPSIS

Villages should be more productive as a source of life for urban centers. The establishment of conversion industries is one of the ways to increase agricultural production. On the other hand, expediting the establishment of the above industries requires the use of appropriate methods, among which the topsis method can help planners. Therefore, the present research aims at prioritizing the location of agricultural conversion industries in Guilan province to answer the question of which cities are prioritized according to population and per capita agricultural production indices.The research is applied in terms of its purpose and the basis of its method is descriptiveanalytical. The information is based on library studies and main emphasis on the statistical documentation of the country. To analyze the data, a Topsis model was used to weigh the agricultural indicators by distributing the questionnaire among 10 experts in agricultural conversion. The research findings showed that Rudsar city with the final score of 0/3914 as the first choice was the shortest distance from the ideal solution and the furthest distance from the most inefficient place, namely, Masal with a final score of 0.0434 for the establishment of agricultural conversion industries in terms of accessibility.As a result of human and economic capital, it must be used in places with the highest capability to achieve sustainable development goals.
