studying components effective on supervision of government in relation to public-private partnership contracts with emphasis put on pattern of related contracts in national iranian gas company

One of effective components on success of public-private partnership contracts is status of policy-making and supervision on implementing those standards the private party to the partnership is obliged to observe. in other words, a key element in using private sector’s potential is defining activity standards and precise supervision of their implementation. in the research effort has been made to identify effective factors on government’s supervision in terms of public-private partnership contract, in addition to studying supervision’s principles and foundation. in this respect, concept of optimum supervision and control would be primarily analyzed. then, the role played by government or public institute in bot (build-operate-transfer) would be studied. in next section, contract management and method of supervision in public-private partnership would be analyzed. then, research goal, method and scope would be specified. after explaining statistical population, statistical sample, and method of sampling, data analysis methods would be dealt with and hypotheses would be tested. the results from quantitative data analysis and tests performed would be discussed in next sections. in continuation, research hypotheses would be studied and analytical results would be presented. effective factors on government’s supervision and some propositions to improve this in public-private partnership are from achievements of the research.
