چکیده    In this paper, the growth of titanium dioxide nanorods on the seed layer of pattern growth is reported. for this purpose, first, fto layer was deposited on a glass substrate through spray pyrolysis technique. in the next step, in order to create a pattern on fto, lithography and wet etching techniques were performed by zinc and hcl, and at the end, hydrothermal synthesis method was used for the growth of titanium dioxide nanorods. scanning electron microscopy (sem) imaging and x-ray diffraction analysis have been used to evaluate the appearance and the accuracy of the emphasis on synthesized nanostructures.
