شناسایی مهم ترین موانع اقتصادی توسعه کبدی کشور در بعد حرفه ای

چکیده هدف از این مطالعه رتبه بندی موانع اقتصادی توسعه ورزش کبدی در بعد حرفه ای، با هدف شناسایی موانع برای ارائه راهکارهای بهینه برای رفع آن ها بود. این تحقیق از نظر زمان، حال نگر، از نظر هدف، کاربردی، از نظر روش، توصیفی و برحسب نحوه گردآوردی داده ها، از نوع توصیفی میدانی است. جامعه و نمونه آماری شامل اعضای هیات رئیسه و کارکنان فدراسیون کبدی و تمامی روسا و نایب رییسان و دبیران هیات های کبدی استانی و کارشناسان و نخبگان ورزش کبدی می باشد که حدود 110 نفر تخمین زده شده است و همه جامعه به عنوان نمونه به صورت سرشماری استفاده شد. به علت نبود پرسشنامه مناسب، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده و روایی و پایایی آن، توسط 15 نفر از اساتید دانشگاه و متخصصان در رشته های تربیت بدنی (حوزه ورزش) و فدراسیون کبدی و با استفاده از فرمول آلفای کرونباخ (85/0) محاسبه شد. برای رتبه بندی عوامل، از آزمون فریدمن در نرم افزار spss استفاده شد. بر اساس نتایج، در برابر توسعه ورزش کبدی، عدم کمک مالی مناسب به فدراسیون توسط وزارت ورزش و کمیته ملی المپیک با اهمیت ترین پارامتر (با امتیاز 3.68) به عنوان مهم ترین سد اقتصادی و مولفه کسری بودجه و وابستگی شدید فدراسیون و هیئت ها به بودجه دولت با کمترین رتبه متوسط (42/3) به عنوان کم اهمیت ترین مانع اقتصادی شناخته شد. برای بر طرف شدن موانع، لازم است تا وزارت ورزش و جوانان و کمیته ملی المپیک بودجه بیشتری را بر اساس زیر بنای رشته کبدی، به این ورزش اختصاص دهند. همچنین پیشنهاد می شود، تبلیغ رشته کبدی از سوی رسانه های گروهی به خصوص صدا و سیما انجام گیرد تا باعث افزایش زیرساخت ها اقتصادی این ورزش شده و حامیان مالی برای این ورزش توسعه یابند.

+Identifying the most important economic obstacles to the countrys Kabaddi development in the professional dimension

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to rank the economic barriers to the development of Kabaddi exercise in the professional dimension, with the aim of identifying barriers to provide optimal solutions to address them. This research is descriptive in terms of time, applied in terms of purpose, descriptive in terms of method, and descriptive in terms of the data collection method. The population and statistical sample include members of the board and staff of the Kabaddi Federation and all heads and vice presidents and secretaries of provincial Kabaddi boards and experts and elites of Kabaddi sports, which is estimated to be about 110 people. The whole community was used as a census as a sample. Due to the lack of a suitable questionnaire, the questionnaire was researcher-made and its validity and reliability were calculated by 15 university professors and specialists in the fields of physical education (sports) and the Kabaddi Federation using Cronbach's alpha formula (0.85). Friedman test in SPSS software was used to rank the factors. According to the results, in the face of the development of Kabaddi sports, the lack of adequate financial assistance to the federation by the Ministry of Sports and the National Olympic Committee with the most important parameter (3.68 points) as the most important economic barrier and the component of the budget deficit and strong dependence of the federation and delegations The government budget with the lowest average rating (3.42) was recognized as the least important economic barrier. In order to overcome the obstacles, it is necessary for the Ministry of Sports and Youth and the National Olympic Committee to allocate more funds to the sport, based on the infrastructure of the Kabaddi discipline. It is also suggested that the Kabaddi field be promoted by the mass media, especially the radio and television, in order to increase the economic infrastructure of the sport and to develop sponsors for the sport.
