بررسی شیوع دردهای اسکلتی-عضلانی و ارتباط آن با محیط کار در کاربران رایانه شاغل در یکی از ارگان های دولتی

اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی مرتبط با کار، از جمله شایعترین آسیب های شغلی، محسوب می گردند. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی شیوع دردهای اسکلتی-عضلانی و ارتباط آن با محیط کار در میان کاربران رایانه یکی از ارگان های دولتی بود. مواد و روش‏ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی همه 80 نفر شاغل در ارگان مورد نظر، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. روش ارزیابی سریع اندام (rosa)، پرسشنامه نورودیک و کیفیت زندگی sf-36 به ترتیب برای ارزیابی ریسک و مشخص نمودن میزان شیوع اختلالات مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. ایستگاه کاری افراد انتخابی، با تدوین چک لیستی، بر گرفته از کتب و مقالات معتبر، بررسی گردید. داده ها با روش آزمون تحلیلی، تی تست و آزمون واریانس یک طرفه و با نرم افزار spss نسخه 22 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفتند. یافته‏ها: براساس نتایج حاصل از روش rosa،تعداد 5/12 درصد افراد مطالعه در منطقه ایمن، تعداد 5/22 درصد در منطقه هشدار و تعداد 65 درصد در منطقه خطر قرار داشتند. همچنین براساس پرسشنامه نوردیک، 65 درصد زنان این مطالعه( n=40) با مشکل گردن‏درد، 30 درصد شانه‏درد، 25 درصد احساس ناراحتی در مچ دست و تعداد 20 درصد ناراحتی در پشت و ستون فقرات، تعداد 55 درصد کمردرد و 5 درصد با درد زانو مشخص شدند. در میان مردان این مطالعه( n=40) میزان ناراحتی‏ها به ترتیب: گردن درد 60 درصد، شانه درد 35 درصد، مچ درد 30 درصد، پشت درد 25 درصد ، کمردرد 50 درصد، زانو درد 5 درصد گزارش شدند. این درصدها بخوبی نشان‏دهنده عدم رعایت اصول ارگونومی محیط کار با رایانه است.بحث و نتیجه گیری: ایستگاه های کاری نامناسب در کاربران رایانه ادارات، موجب ایجاد پوسچرهای نامطلوب و درد اسکلتی-عضلانی گردیده است. لزوم آموزش و انجام مداخلات لازم، احساس می شود.

Musculoskeletal pain among Computer Operators and its relationship with the work environment a study in one of the governmental organizations

Background: Work-related musculoskeletal pain (WMSPs) are the most common occupational injuries. The purpose of this study was to Prevalence of Musculoskeletal pain and its relationship to job involvement, among Computer Operators in one of the governmental organizationsMethods: In this cross- sectional study, 80 individuals working in a governmental organization were studied. Rapid assessment method (ROSA), Nordic questionnaire and Quality of life SF-36 were used respectively for risk evaluation and determining WMSPs prevalence rate. The workstation of the selected individuals was examined by designing a checklist adopted from valid references. Data were analyzed by using t-test and one-way analysis of variance in SPSS 22.Results: According to the results of the ROSA method, 12/5% of the study population were in the safe zone, 22/5% in the alert zone and 65% in the danger zone. Also, according to the Nordic questionnaire, 65% of women in this study (n = 40) had neck pain, 30% shoulder pain, 25% wrist discomfort and 20% back and spine discomfort, 55% low back pain and 5% were identified with knee pain. Among the men in this study (n = 40) the rates of discomfort were reported as follows: neck pain 60%, shoulder pain 35%, wrist pain 30%, back pain 25%, lumbar pain 50%, knee pain 5%. These percentages are a good indication of nonconformity with the principles of ergonomics of the computer work environment. Conclusion: Improper workstations of computer operators in offices have caused undesired postures and musculoskeletal pain.
