تاثیر اخلاق شغلی بر سرمایه روانشناختی معلمان تربیت بدنی استان لرستان

هدف: هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر اخلاق شغلی بر سرمایه روانشناختی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی استان لرستان بود.روش تحقیق: این تحقیق از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی و ازنظر هدف کاربردی بود که به روش میدانی انجام شد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق کلیه معلمان تربیت‌بدنی استان لرستان در سال تحصیلی 1399 بود (220= n). به‌منظور تعیین نمونه آماری تحقیق، با توجه به محدود بودن جامعه تحقیق از شیوه نمونه‌گیری تمام شمار استفاده شد. برای جمع آوری داده‌ها از دو پرسشنامه اخلاق شغلی معلمان ازبک (2018) و برای متغیر سرمایه روانشناختی از پرسشنامه تستن و اورگان (2014) استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه‌ها با استفاده ازنظر متخصصین مدیریت ورزشی تایید شد. مقدار پایایی نیز بر اساس ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامه‌ها به ترتیب (84/0، 91/،0) به دست آمد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های توصیفی و رگرسیون خطی ساده استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار اس پی اس اس انجام شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد؛ اخلاق شغلی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی بر سرمایه روانشناختی آنان و همچنین شش بعد آن (خودکارآمدی، خوش‌بینی، اعتمادبه‌نفس، برون‌گرایی، تاب‌آوری و امید) تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد.بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: با توسعه اصول اخلاق شغلی معلمان می‌توان خودکارآمدی و اثربخشی آنان را به نحوه احسن تقویت نمود.

The effect of job ethics on the psychological capital of physical education teachers in Lorestan province

AbstractObjective: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of job ethics on the psychological capital of physical education teachers in Lorestan province.Research method: This research was descriptive-correlational and applied in terms of purpose, which was conducted by field method. The statistical population of this study was all physical education teachers in Lorestan province in the academic year 1399 (N = 220). In order to determine the statistical sample of the research, due to the limited population of the research, the whole number sampling method was used. Two questionnaires of professional ethics of Uzbek teachers (2018) were used to collect data and Testen and Oregon (2014) questionnaire was used for psychological capital variable. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed using the opinion of sports management experts. Reliability was obtained based on Cronbach's alpha coefficient for questionnaires (0.84, 0.91), respectively. Descriptive tests and simple linear regression were used to analyze the data. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software.Findings: Findings showed; The professional ethics of physical education teachers has a positive and significant effect on their psychological capital as well as its six dimensions (self-efficacy, optimism, self-confidence, extraversion, resilience and hope).Discussion and Conclusion: By developing the principles of professional ethics of teachers, their self-efficacy and effectiveness can be enhanced in a good way.
