رهبری اخلاقی در هیات های ورزشی: عوامل موثر و راهکارها

موضوع تحقیق حاضر بررسی عوامل موثر بر رهبری اخلاقی در هیات های ورزشی استان آذربایجان غربی و ارائه راهکار های موثر بر بهبود آن بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر کلیه صاحبنظران، متخصصین و فعالین ورزشی با حداقل مدرک دیپلم به بالا و روئسای هیات های ورزشی بود. با استفاده از روش های تعیین حجم نمونه تعداد 384 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردید. استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بر اساس مبانی نظری و پیشینه تحقیق به عنوان ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های بدست آمده از پرسشنامه‌های جمع‌آوری شده از روش‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده گردید. بدین ترتیب که برای طبقه‌بندی، تلخیص و تفسیر داده‌ها، از آمار توصیفی و پس از تعیین نرمال نبودن داده‌ها بوسیله آزمون کلموگروف- اسمیرنف، و در سطح استنباطی برای آزمون فرضیه‌های تحقیق، از تحلیل عامل اکتشافی و تاییدی استفاده گردید. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد شایسته سالاری، شفافیت، رفتار اخلاقی، عدالت، مهارت‌های ارتباطی، معنویت در کار عوامل موثر بر رهبری اخلاقی مدیران در‌هایت‌های ورزشی است. رهبری اخلاقی منابع انسانی را به سمت اهداف و مقاصد از پیش تعیین شده سازمان هدایت می‌کند، این امر باعث می‌شود سود حاصل از این نوع رفتار هم به سازمان، هم به خود فرد و هم به جامعه می‌رسد.

Ethical leadership in sports staff: effective factors and strategies

The subject of the present study was to investigate the factors affecting moral leadership in sports delegations of West Azerbaijan province and to provide effective solutions to improve it. The statistical population of the present study was all sports experts, specialists and activists with at least a diploma or higher and heads of sports delegations. Using sampling methods, 384 people were selected as the sample. Using a researcher-made questionnaire based on theoretical foundations and research background was used as a data collection tool. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used to analyze the data obtained from the collected questionnaires. Thus, to classify, summarize and interpret the data, descriptive statistics and after determining the abnormality of the data by Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, and at the inferential level to test the research hypotheses, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were used. The results showed that meritocracy, transparency, ethical behavior, justice, communication skills, spirituality in work are the factors affecting the moral leadership of managers in sports. Ethical leadership leads human resources to the predetermined goals and objectives of the organization, which makes the benefits of this type of behavior reach the organization, the individual and the community.
