مقایسه اثر سطح مهارت الگو بر عملکرد و یادگیری پرتاب دارت تغییر یافته

نقش الگو بر یادگیری مشاهده ای، نقشی ضروری و با اهمیت است و تحقیقات صورت گرفته در مقایسه بین دو نوع الگو با سطح تبحر متفاوت نتایج متناقضی به دست داده که البته در هیچ کدام به بررسی مولفه های کیفیت حرکت (زاویه، سرعت زاویه ای و جابجایی زاویه ای مفصل مچ) پرداخته نشده است بنابراین هدف از انجام این پژوهش مقایسه اثر دو نوع الگودهی با سطح مهارت مختلف (مشاهده الگوی ماهر و درحال یادگیری) بر عملکرد و یادگیری مهارت های حرکتی بود. آزمودنی های این پژوهش را 30 نفر از دانشجویان شرکت کننده در طرح ضیافت اندیشه دانشگاه خوارزمی تشکیل می دهند که در 3 گروه همگن 10 نفری به صورت تصادفی قرار گرفتند. گروه اول؛ گروه الگوی ماهر که نمایش الگوی فردی ماهر را مشاهده کردند، گروه دوم؛ گروه الگوی درحال یادگیری که نمایش الگوی فردی مبتدی را مشاهده کردند و گروه سوم؛ گروه کنترل. پس از جمع آوری داده ها از آزمون های کلموگروف اسمیرنوف، آنالیز مولفه های اصلی، تی–وابسته و تحلیل واریانس یکراهه استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد بین دوگروه از نظر نتیجه و کیفیت اجرا در مراحل اکتساب، یادداری و انتقال تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد. یافته های تحقیق اینگونه نشان داد که الگوی ماهر و درحال یادگیری به یک اندازه در عملکرد و یادگیری مهارت ملاک تاثیر دارند.

The subjects of this study consist of 30 students participating in the Kharazmi University Thought Banquet Project, who were randomly divided into 3 homogeneous groups of 10 people. first group; The skilled pattern group that observed the display of the skilled individual pattern, the second group; The group of learning patterns that observed the display of the beginner individual pattern and the third group; control group. After data collection, Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests, principal component analysis, T-dependent and one-way analysis of variance were used. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of result and quality of performance in the stages of acquisition, retention and transfer. The research findings showed that the skilled and learning pattern have an equal effect on the performance and learning skills of the criterion.
