نقش رهبری معنوی درتوانمند سازی کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان آذربایجان غربی

هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین نقش رهبری معنوی در توانمند سازی کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان آذربایجان غربی می باشد که به روش توصیفی- همبستگی انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری برابر با 229 نفر از کارکنان ستادی و شهرستانی اداره کل ورزش و جوانان آذربایجان غربی می باشد. نمونه آماری پژوهش بر اساس جدول برآورد حجم نمونه مورگان ، 108 نفر بصورت تصادفی انتخاب شد. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه های استاندارد رهبری معنوی 25 گویه ای فرای و پرسشنامه توانمندسازی 16 گویه ای اسپریتزر بوده است. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه ها توسط اساتید مدیریت ورزشی تایید شده و پایایی آنها با آزمون آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب معادل 82/0و 86/0 بدست آمد. در این پژوهش از روشهای آماری، همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شد. یافته های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که بین رهبری معنوی و تمامی ابعاد آن با توانمندسازی کارکنان رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که ابعاد نوعدوستی، بازخورد، چشم انداز و عضویت توان اثرگذاری مربوط به توانمندسازی را دارند اما ابعاد ایمان، تعهد و معناداری از این پیش بینی برخوردار نمی باشند. بنابرین می توان گفت که توانمندسازی کارکنان یک هدف استراتژیک برای رسیدن به چشم اندازها و ماموریت های سازمان می باشد.

The role of spiritual leadership in empowering the staff of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of West Azerbaijan Province

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of spiritual leadership in empowering the staff of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of West Azerbaijan Province Which was done by descriptive-correlation method. The statistical population is equal to 229 staff and city employees of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of West Azerbaijan. The statistical sample of the study was randomly selected based on Morgan sample size estimation table, 108 people The research instruments were the standard 25-item Fry Spiritual Leadership Questionnaire and the 16-item Spritzer Empowerment Questionnaire. The content validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by professors of sports management and their reliability was obtained by Cronbach's alpha test of 0.82 and 0.86, respectively. In this study, statistical methods, Pearson correlation and multiple regression were used. Findings indicate that there is a significant relationship between spiritual leadership and all its dimensions with employee empowerment. Multiple regression results also showed that altruistic dimensions, feedback, perspective and membership have the power to influence empowerment. But the dimensions of faith, commitment and meaning do not have this prediction. Therefore, it can be said that employee empowerment is a strategic goal to achieve the organization's vision and missions.
