ساختار توانمندساز: مفهومی نوظهور در سازمان های تربیت بدنی

ساختار توانمندساز نشان دهنده ی اثربخشی ساختارها و فرآیندهای سازمان در توانمند ساختن فعالیت‌های کارکنان است. طبق نظریه ها و مطالعات مختلف ساختار سازمانی توانمند یکی از مهمترین عوامل تاثیرگذار بر عملکرد سازمانها می باشد. نقش مهمی که این سازه در تبیین رفتار سازمانی ایفا می کند و جایگاه آن در نظریه های مدیریت سبب شده است که نقش آن بر عوامل شغلی و رفتاری در مطالعات گوناگون مورد کنکاش قرار بگیرد. در واقع ساختار توانمندساز ‍پدیده ای است که در آن ساختارها و طبقات سازمان از کار و فعالیت‌های کارکنان حمایت می‌کنند و کارکنان را در انجام فعالیت‌هایشان توانمند می‌کنند. در مجموع درک بهتر ساختار سازمانی توانمند ساز در سازمانها و خصوصا سازمانهای ورزشی، می تواند به رشد و اثربخشی آن سازمانها کمک نماید.

According to various theories and studies, capable organizational structure is one of the most important factors affecting the performance of organizations. The important role that this structure plays in explaining organizational behavior and its place in management theories has caused its role to be explored on occupational and behavioral factors in various studies. In fact, empowerment structure is a phenomenon in which the structures and classes of the organization support the work and activities of employees and empower employees to perform their activities. In general, a better understanding of the empowering organizational structure in organizations, especially sports organizations, can help the growth and effectiveness of those organizations.
