نیازسنجی امکانات و تجهیزات ورزشی اردوگاه‌های دانش‌آموزی (مطالعه اردوگاه‌های شهرستان رامسر)

هدف تحقیق حاضر، ارزیابی امکانات و تجهیزات ورزشی اردوگاه های دانش آموزی شهرستان رامسر با هدف شناسایی نیازها بود. تحقیق توصیفی حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از حیث روش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پیمایشی می‌باشد. تعداد 55 نفر (38 نفر در بخش مدیران و کارشناسان تربیت‌بدنی اردوگاه‌ها و 17 نفر از مربیان اردوها) به عنوان نمونه در این تحقیق شرکت کرده و به پرسشنامه‌ی محقق‌ساخته پاسخ دادند. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه به تایید ده نفر از متخصصین مدیریت ورزشی و نیز کارشناسان اردوگاه‌های دانش‌آموزی رسید. پایایی ابزار نیز در یک مطالعه راهنما و به روش آلفای کرونباخ 72/0 محاسبه گردید. با توجه به توزیع غیرطبیعی متغیرهای پژوهش بر اساس نتایج آزمون کلموگروف-اسمیرنوف، از آزمون ناپارامتریک باینومیال برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها و استخراج یافته‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss 24 انجام شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که وضعیت کمی و کیفی امکانات و تجهیزات اردوگاه‌های دانش‌آموزی شهرستان رامسر در وضعیت نامناسبی قرار دارد. همچنین از دیدگاه شرکت‌کنندگان پژوهش، حضور کارشناسان تربیت‌بدنی در اردوگاه‌های دانش‌آموزی بسیار ضروری می‌باشد. علاوه بر نیاز مبرم به توسعه کیفی تجهیزات موجود و ایجاد اماکن و فضاهای ورزشی جدید برای توسعه کمی رشته‌های ورزشی موجود، احداث پیست دوچرخه سواری و دو و میدانی و نیز مراکز تناسب اندام و بدنسازی از مهم‌ترین امکانات و تجهیزات مورد نیاز اردوگاه‌ها بود. به نظر می‌رسد اختصاص بودجه کافی برای توسعه کمی و کیفی اماکن و تجهیزات ورزشی اردوگاه‌ها زمینه استقبال بیشتر دانش‌آموزان و خانواده‌های آن‌ها برای حضور در اردوهای دانش‌آموزی را فراهم کرده و با افزایش ایمنی و کاهش حوادث ورزشی مسئولین آموزش و پرورش منطقه را از مسائل و دعاوی حقوقی ناشی از حوادث ورزشی مصون می‌دارد. همچنین، تجهیز این اردوگاه‌ها می‌تواند به عنوان یک جادبه گردشگری ورزشی، به اقتصاد منطقه نیز کمک نماید و موجب افزایش گردشگر ورزشی به این منطقه گردد.

Needs assessment of sports facilities and equipment of student camps (Study of Ramsar city camps)

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the sports facilities and equipment of student camps in Ramsar city with the aim of identifying the needs. The present descriptive research is applied in terms of purpose and survey in terms of data collection method. Fifty-five people (38 camp physical education staff and managers and 17 Student camp instructors) participated in this study as a sample and answered a researcher-made questionnaire. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by ten in sport management experts as well as experts in student camps. The reliability of the instrument was calculated 0.72 in a pilot study using Cronbach's alpha. Due to the abnormal distribution of research variables based on the results of Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, nonparametric binomial test was used to analyze the data. Data analysis were performed using SPSS 24 software. Findings showed that the quantitative and qualitative status of facilities and equipment of student camps in Ramsar city is in poor condition. Also, from the perspective of research participants, the presence of physical education experts in student camps is very necessary. In addition to the urgent need to develop the quality of existing equipment and create new sports venues and spaces for the quantitative development of existing sports, the construction of a cycling and athletics track as well as fitness and bodybuilding centers were the most important facilities and equipment needed by the camps. Allocating sufficient funds for the quantitative and qualitative development of sports facilities and equipment in the camps will make students and their families more welcome to attend student camps and, by increasing safety and reducing sports accidents, will acquit district education officials of legal claims arising from sports accidents. Also, equipping these camps can help the region's economy as a sport tourism attraction and increase the number of sports tourists to the region.
