استعدادیابی ورزشی دانش آموزان در مدارس ایران

با توجه به اینکه دانش آموزان بیشترین زمان خود را در مدارس سپری می کنند و از مهمترین دغدغه‌های والدین در قرن حاضر شناسایی و پرورش استعداد فرزندان آنها است. بنابراین هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی استعدادیابی ورزشی دانش آموزان در مدارس ایران بود. استعدادیابی علمی نوین در عرصه جهان است، که در هر کشور و جامعه‌ای پایه و اساس خاص خود را داشته و به طبع در ایران نیز با توجه اینکه کشوری در حال توسعه و پیشرفت است، نقش مهمی دارد. استعدادیابی می تواند از هدررفت عمر ورزشی و هزینه ها نیز جلوگیری کند. پژوهش حاضر به صورت اسنادی از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای تهیه شده است. پس از شناسایی و تهیه منابع اصلی و جستجو در مقالات و منابع معتبر علمی به تحلیل و بررسی مبانی نظری پژوهش پرداخته شد. سپس برخی مشکلات و موانع موجود که سبب اختلال در امر استعدادیابی دانش آموزان مستعد شناسایی و مشخص شدند. همچنین راهکارها و پیشنهاداتی کاربردی برای بهبودی فرآیند استعدادیابی ورزشی دانش آموزان در مدارس ایران ارائه گردید. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده در این مطالعه می توان نتیجه گیری کرد، استعدادیابی در مدارس ایران بیشتر متاثر از محیط، امکانات آموزشی، معلم همچنین همکلاسی ها در مدارس که می تواند سهم بزرگی در توسعه و پیشرفت ورزشی دانش آموزان داشته باشد. همچنین باید به نقش معلم ورزش و امکانات موجود در مدارس توجه خاصی مبذول گردد و برای اجرای فعالیت های ورزشی در مدارس ایران برنامه ریزی دقیقی صورت گیرد، تا شاهد رشد و پرورش قهرمانان ورزشی باشیم.

Students' sports talent identification in Iranian schools

Given that students spend most of their time in schools and one of the most important concerns of parents in this century is to identify and nurture the talent of their children. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate students' sports talent in Iranian schools. The talent search is a new science in the world, which has its own base in every country and society and nature in Iran, considering that it is a developer and developing country, it has an important role. Talent identification can also prevent the loss of sports, life and expenses. The present research is a descriptive-analytical document and has been prepared using library resources. After identifying and preparing the main sources and searching for valid scientific articles and sources, the theoretical foundations of the research were analyzed. Then, some existing problems and obstacles that caused problems in identifying talented students were identified and identified. Also, practical solutions and suggestions were provided to improve the process of students' sports talent identification in Iranian schools. Based on the results obtained in this study, it can be concluded, talent identification in Iranian schools is more affected by the environment, educational facilities, teachers as well as classmates in schools who can have a great contribution to the development and progress of students' sports. Also, special attention should be paid to the role of sports teachers and facilities available in schools, and careful planning should be done for the implementation of sports activities in Iranian schools.
