موانع جذب دختران به باشگاه های ورزشی خصوصی در شهر ارومیه

هدف از پژوهش حاضر موانع جذب دختران به باشگاه های ورزشی خصوصی در شهر ارومیه بود. با توجه به هدف اصلی پژوهش و مسائل مطرح شده، پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی، از نظر روش شناسی آمیخته (کیفی-کمی) می باشد، که ابتدا روش کیفی و سپس روش کمی اجرا شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، در مرحله کیفی مدیران، مربیان و ورزشکاران باشگاه های خصوصی ورزشی شهر ارومیه بودند و از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته داده ها جمع آوری شدند و تا رسیدن مصاحبه ها به مرحله اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. جامعه آماری تحقیق در مرحله کمی هم شامل مدیران باشگاه های خصوصی ورزشی (35 باشگاه انتخاب) به صورت سرشمار و همین تعداد نیز برای مربیان باشگاه های خصوصی ورزشی (35 مربی) در نظر گرفته شد، و همچنین تعداد 200 نفر نیز برای ورزشکار به صورت تصادفی مد نظر قرار گرفت. در این پژوهش سه مرحله باز، محوری و انتخابی اجرا گردید و در بخش کمی نیز از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بر گرفته از کار کیفی با 14 سوال تهیه شد. در این پژوهش به منظور تحلیل داده-های کیفی حاصل از مصاحبه از روش دستی بهره گرفته شد و در بخش کمی نیز از نرم افزار اس.پی.اس.اس و نرم افزار اسمارت پی.ال.اس استفاده گردید. نتایج این پژوهش نشانگر آن بود که تمامی بارهای عاملی معرف های موانع جذب دختران در باشگاه های خصوصی شهر ارومیه معنادار می باشد. لذا می‎توان گفت که موانع اقتصادی، فضای فیزیکی و امکانات، نقش مربی و مکان باشگاه در تبیین موانع جذب نقش معناداری دارند.

Barriers to attracting girls to private sports clubs in urmia

The purpose of this study was to prevent the recruitment of girls to private sports clubs in the city of urmia. According to the main purpose of the research and the issues raised, the present study is a mixed methodology (qualitative-quantitative)in terms of applied purpose, which was first implemented qualitative method and then quantitative method.The statistical population of this study was in the qualitative stage of managers, coaches and athletes of private sports clubs in urmia and the data were collected through semi-structured interviews and continued until the interviews reached the theoretical saturation stage.The statistical population of the research in a small stage including the managers of private sports clubs (35selected clubs) was considered as a census and the same number was considered for the coaches of private sports clubs (35coaches),as well as200 people for athletes as Random was considered. In this research, three open, pivotal and selective stages were performed and in a small part, a researcher-made questionnaire based on qualitative work with14 questions was prepared. In this study, in order to analyze the qualitative data obtained from the interview,the manual method was used and in the quantitative part,SPSS software and PLS software were used. The results of this study showed that all factor loadings representing barriers to attracting girls in private clubs in urmia are significant. Therefore,it can be said that economic barriers, physical space and facilities, the role of the coach and the location of the club have a significant role in explaining the barriers to recruitment.
