کاربرد روش pca در ارزیابی عملکرد فدراسیون اسکواش براساس رویکردهای efqm

ارزیابی مستمر عملکرد همواره منجر به رشد کیفی و موجب ارتقاء سازمان در ارائه خدمات میگردد. از این رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف کاربرد روش pca در ارزیابی عملکرد فدراسیون اسکواش بر اساس رویکردهای کیفی efqm بود .روش تحقیق توصیفی و بصورت میدانی انجام گرفته است.جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل رئیس، دبیر و نواب رئیس فدراسیون اسکواش و هیئت های اسکواش ، اعضا و کارکنان فدراسیون ،مربیان، داوران و ورزشکاران شاغل در فدراسیون) 67 =n ( بود که از شیوهی کلشمار برای انتخاب نمونه ها استفاده گردید. ابزار گردآوریدادهها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با الگو گرفتن از پرسشنامه استاندارد تعالی سازمانی )α =0/974()efqm( بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روش pca با استفاده از نرم افزار spss نسخه 22استفاده شد. بر اساس یافته های این پژوهش تمامی معیارهای نه گانه ابزار ارزیابی efqm، به اندازهای مساوی در عامل یافت شده که میتوان نام آنرا توانمندسازها و نتایج نامید، دخیل هستند. در همین راستا بیشترین ارتباط و مهمترین عامل مشترک شراکتها و منابع و کمترین ارتباط و کمترین عامل مشترک را کارکنان به خود اختصاص داد.با توجه به نتایج تحقیق، به نظر میرسد توجه و اهتمام به معیارهای ارزیابی در این پژوهش به ویژه کارکنان که همواره رکن اساسی در هر سازمان میباشد ضرورت ویژه دارد.

Therefore, the present study aimed to apply the PCA method in evaluating the performance of the Squash Federation based on EFQM qualitative approaches. The research method was descriptive and conducted in the field. The statistical population of this research included the president, secretary and vice president of the squash federation and squash boards, members and staff of the federation, coaches, referees and athletes working in the federation (N = 67). The calculator was used to select the samples. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire modeled on the standard organizational excellence questionnaire (? = 0.974 (EFQM)). For data analysis, PCA method was used using SPSS software version 22.Based on the findings of this study, all nine criteria of the EFQM evaluation tool are found to be equally involved in the factor, which can be called enablers and results. In this regard, the most communication and the most common factor of partnerships and resources and the least communication and the least common factor were allocated to employees. According to the research results, it seems to pay attention to evaluation criteria in this study, especially employees who Is essential in any organization has a special need.Key word: PCA method, performance evaluation, EFQM, squash federation, sports delegations
