رویکرد نظام آموزشی در مجموعه‌ی علمی و فرهنگی ربع رشیدی(699- 718 ه.ق)

مرکز علمی و فرهنگی «ربع رشیدی» بزرگترین مجموعه موقوفی، علمی، فرهنگی و آموزشی عصر ایلخانی بوده(653-736 ه) که توسط خواجه رشیدالدین فضل‌الله همدانی وزیر، دانشمند و مورخ بزرگ ایلخانان(648-718 ه ) تاسیس شده است. دستاوردهای این مرکز در عرصه‌های مختلف و جایگاه قابل ملاحظه آن در تاریخ علم ایران و اسلام، مطالعه و بررسی شیوه‌ی اداری و چگونگی فعالیت‌های علمی و آموزشی این مجموعه را ضرورت می‌بخشد. در این پژوهش با رویکرد توصیفی –تحلیلی، در ابتدا از شیوه مدیرت مدیریت ربع رشیدی بحث می‌شود و در ادامه نظام آموزشی این مجموعه بررسی و پیامدهای حاصل از آن تشریح خواهد شد.نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که مرکز علمی و فرهنگی ربع رشیدی با مدیریت شخصیتی علمی و بهره‌مندی از پشتوانه مالی مشخص و مستقل از دربار بسیاری از کارکردهای مراکز علمی و آموزشی نوین را متناسب با امکانات عصر دارا بوده است. از این میان می‌توان به مواردی هم‌چون گزینش اساتید براساس توانایی‌های علمی و صلاحیت‌های اخلاقی، بهره‌گیری از اساتید توانمند سایر ملل، فرصت مطالعاتی، پرداخت کمک هزینه تحصیلی و جز آن اشاره نمود

The approach of the educational system in the scientific and cultural collection of Rab’-i- Rashidi”(699-719HD)

Rab’-i- Rashidi” Scientific and Cultural Center is the largest endowment, scientific, cultural and educational complex of the Il-khanid period, which was established by Khajeh Rashid al-Din Fazlullah Hamedani, Minister, scientist and great historian of Il-khanid period(653-736HD). The achievements of this center in various fields and its considerable place in the History of science in Iran and Islam make it necessary to study the administrative method and how the scientific and educational activities of this collection. In this research, with a descriptive-analytical approach, at first, the management style of Rab’-i- Rashidi” is discussed and then the educational system of this collection will be reviewed and its results will be explained.The results of this study show that Rab’-i- Rashidi” Scientific and Cultural Center with the management of scientific personality and benefiting from specific financial support and independent of the government has had many functions of new scientific and educational centers in accordance with the facilities of that period. These include the selection of professors based on scientific abilities and moral competencies, the use of capable professors from other nations, study opportunities, payment of scholarships and more.
