multi-stage dea model to evaluate organizations based on efqm

Using a precise organization’s performance evaluation system helps managers to make better and more accurate decisions. european foundation for quality management (efqm) can be used to assess the performance of an organization based on the various aspects. in this paper, we show how to employ the data envelopment analysis to specify the performance of an organization based on efqm sight. a multi-stage dea model is presented according to the internal relations between the different features.
