a qos-based semantic web services discovery framework

Semantic web services are the key technology providing services for the users’ convenience in the semantic web environment. the paper proposes a new approach for qos-based semantic web service discovery in which the recommendation component analyzes the created user wsdl based on the functional and non-functional requirements (i.e. quality of services) and then recommends it to web service provider to increase their retrieval probability in the related queries. the proposed framework should give web services consumers and providers some confidence about the quality of service of the discovered and published web services.
