evaluating the performance of the steel supply chain with series reversal links by ndea models. (case study: anahita guilan company)

The existence of weakness in the performance evaluation system is a major obstacle to effective supply chain management (scm). in recent years, the supply chain (sc) performance evaluation has been highly regarded by researchers with the network data envelopment analysis (ndea) techniques. today, due to the existing complex networks in industries, the complex ndea models are widely used. among the different introduced models according to the system's structure, the structure of the feedback system or reversal links of the system are the best methods that can be proposed to decrease the wastes. this paper presents the new structure of the steel supply chain and the series reversal links model by the ndea method. the proposed model enables users to provide the right solution for improving the production process at all factories. this is due to the high precision of the proposed model to reduce the waste produced in the calculation of efficiency compared to other models.
