a new measure for the cross-efficiency evaluation in data envelopment analysis: power average

Cross efficiency is an interesting technique in data envelopment analysis (dea) to rank decision making units. constructing cross-efficiency matrix and calculating the arithmetic mean of each row is the main idea of this method. because two different data sets may have the same arithmetic mean, this paper uses a power average that is nonlinear and in which the data are able to support each other. finally, we will compare the proposed method with some existing methods numerically.
