design , production and validating of the hypertext-based e-books

Introduction: in this research, the design components and standards of the hypertext-based e-book were determined and e-book was produced using the capabilities of the flip pdf professional software and it was validated.methodology: the research is qualitative that is the descriptive content analysis type. the sampling method is the theoretical saturation by reviewing the texts, the documents, and the resources until the categories are repeated. the data collection tools were the taking notes and the observation. the data was analyzed using the coding method in the first phase and the analysis was done using the descriptive statistics in the second phase.result: in the first phase, the design and production component of e-book were identified by the descriptive content analysis method and accordingly, a hypertext-based e-book was produced using the flip pdf professional software .according to the experts, the credit rating was reported at an appropriate level with a score of 3/8.conclusion: according to the results of the research, the use of the design principles of the hypertext-based e-book can help its standard production. so, the new educational capabilities can be used in the teaching and learning process according to available standards in the design and production of hypertext-based e-book, media, and hypermedia
