اثر شخصیت پویا بر رفتارهای نوآورانه معلمان تربیت‌بدنی: نقش میانجی شکل‌گیری جو مدیریت خطاها

هدف: توسعه رفتارهای نوآورانه در معلمان می‌تواند فرآیند آموزش و یادگیری را بهینه نموده و محیطی را ایجاد کند که برای افزایش مشارکت دانش‌آموزان مفید باشد. علاوه بر این، مشخص شده است که توسعه رفتارهای نوآورانه معلمان را قادر می‌سازد تا خود را برای چالش‌های آموزشی آماده نمایند. بر این اساس، بررسی عوامل موثر بر رفتارهای نوآورانه معلمان از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است. هدف این پژوهش، مطالعه اثر شخصیت پویا بر رفتارهای نوآورانه معلمان تربیت‌بدنی با نقش میانجی شکل‌گیری جو مدیریت خطاها است.روش‌شناسی پژوهش: برای اجرای این پژوهش کاربردی از روش تحقیق پیمایشی استفاده شد. تمامی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی شهرستان ساوجبلاغ در سال 1402 تشکیل‌دهنده جامعه آماری این پژوهش بودند (137 معلم تربیت‌بدنی). در این پژوهش از روش نمونه‌گیری کل شمار استفاده شد و بر این اساس حجم نمونه 137 معلم تربیت‌بدنی در‌نظر گرفته شد که بعد از توزیع پرسش‌نامه‌های تدوین‌شده درنهایت 129 پرسش‌نامه در تحلیل نهایی استفاده گردید. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل پرسش‌نامه‌های شخصیت پویا، جو مدیریت خطاها و رفتارهای نوآورانه بود. نتایج آزمون آلفای کرون باخ در مطالعه مقدماتی نشان داد ضریب پایایی پرسش‌نامه‌های شخصیت پویا، شکل‌گیری جو مدیریت خطاها و رفتارهای نوآورانه به ترتیب 0/82، 0/77 و 0/86 می‌باشد. تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش به شکل توصیفی و استنباطی با استفاده از دو نرم‌افزار آماری اس‌پی‌اس‌اس و اسمارت پی‌ال‌اس انجام گردید.یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش مشخص نمود شخصیت پویا اثر مثبت و معنی‌داری بر شکل‌گیری جو مدیریت خطاها دارد. بخش دیگری از نتایج نشان داد اثر شخصیت پویا بر رفتارهای نوآورانه معلمان تربیت‌بدنی مثبت و معنی‌دار است. درنهایت، نتایج آزمون سوبل مشخص نمود اثر شخصیت پویا بر رفتارهای نوآورانه معلمان تربیت‌بدنی با نقش میانجی شکل‌گیری جو مدیریت خطاها مثبت و معنی‌دار می‌باشد.اصالت/ارزش‌افزوده علمی: استفاده از معلمان تربیت‌بدنی که دارای شخصیت پویا هستند می‌تواند به شکل مستقیم و غیرمستقیم به‌واسطه شکل‌گیری جو مدیریت خطاها رفتارهای نوآورانه آن‌ها را که برای موفقیت شغلی این معلمان ضروری هستند توسعه دهد. بر این اساس، توجه به ویژگی‌های شخصیتی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی مانند شخصیت پویا به هنگام استخدام آن‌ها پیشنهاد می‌شود.

the effect of proactive personality on the innovative behaviors of physical education teachers: the mediating role of error management climate formation

purpose: developing innovative behaviors in teachers can optimize the teaching and learning process and create an environment that is useful for increasing student participation. in addition, it has been found that the development of innovative behaviors enables teachers to prepare themselves for educational challenges. based on this, it is important to investigate the factors affecting the innovative behavior of teachers. the purpose of this research is to study the effect of proactive personality on the innovative behaviors of physical education teachers with the mediating role of error management climate formation.methodology: a survey research method was used to implement this applied research. all the physical education teachers of savojbolagh city in 2023 were the statistical population of this research (137 physical education teachers). in this research, the total number sampling method was used, and based on this, a sample size of 137 physical education teachers was considered. after the distribution of the compiled questionnaires, 129 questionnaires were used in the final analysis. data collection tools included proactive personality questionnaires, error management climate and innovative behaviors. the results of cronbach’s alpha test in the preliminary study showed that the reliability coefficient of questionnaires of proactive personality, error management climate and innovative behaviors are 0.82, 0.77 and 0.86, respectively. the analysis of the research data was carried out in a descriptive and inferential form using two statistical software, spss and smart pls.findings: the results of the research showed that a proactive personality has a positive and significant effect on the formation of an error management climate. another part of the results showed that the effect of a proactive personality on the innovative behaviors of physical education teachers is positive and significant. finally, the results of the sobel test indicated that the effect of proactive personality on the innovative behaviors of physical education teachers with the mediating role of error management climate formation is positive and significant.originality/value: the use of physical education teachers who have a proactive personality can, directly and indirectly, develop their innovative behaviors, which are necessary for the career success of these teachers, through the formation of an error management climate. based on this, paying attention to the personality traits of physical education teachers, such as a proactive personality, when hiring them, is suggested.
