بررسی تاثیر سرمایه فکری بر عملکرد سازمانی و عملیات مدیریت دانش (موردمطالعه: فرمانداری شهرستان همدان)

هدف: ظهور اقتصاد جدید مبتنی بر دانش و اطلاعات منجر به افزایش علاقه محققان به مطالعه در حوزه سرمایه فکری شده است. این حوزه که توجه بسیاری از محققین را به خود جلب نموده است، سرمایه فکری را به‌عنوان ابزاری برای تعیین ارزش سازمان مورد‌استفاده قرار می‌ دهند. در اقتصاد دانشی برخلاف اقتصاد صنعتی، دانش یا سرمایه فکری به‌عنوان عامل تولید ثروت در مقایسه با سایر دارایی‌ها، برکسب مزیت رقابتی و پیشبرد اهداف سازمانی نقش به‌سزایی ایفا می‌ کند. مدیریت دانش با ارزش‌ ترین و استراتژیک‌ ترین منبع برای سازمان‌ هاست و عملکرد سازمانی نیز از اجرای کلیدی دست یابی به موفقیت و برتری آن‌ها می ‌‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر سرمایه فکری بر عملکرد سازمانی و عملیات مدیریت دانش در فرمانداری شهرستان همدان انجام شد.روش‌شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی می‌باشد. روش پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان فرمانداری شهرستان همدان در سال 1402-1401 بود که مشتمل بر 65 نفر می‌ باشند. در این تحقیق با استفاده از جدول مورگان و با توجه به تعداد محدود جامعه آماری، تعداد نمونه تحقیق برابر 56 نفر انتخاب گردید و شیوه نمونه‌ گیری به روش تصادفی ساده می ‌باشد. همچنین پایایی پرسشنامه ‌ها با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی مورد تایید می‌ باشند. جهت تحلیل داده ‌های پژوهش از روش تحلیل مسیر با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای spss 26 و smartpls 4 بهره گرفته شده است.یافته‌ها: نتایج نهایی آزمون فرضیات نشان داد که سرمایه فکری بر عملکرد سازمانی کارکنان فرمانداری شهرستان همدان تاثیر معناداری ندارد و سرمایه فکری بر عملیات مدیریت دانش کارکنان فرمانداری شهرستان همدان تاثیر معناداری دارد. عملیات مدیریت دانش بر عملکرد سازمانی کارکنان فرمانداری شهرستان همدان تاثیر معناداری دارد.اصالت/ارزش‌افزوده علمی: در سازمان موردمطالعه، سرمایه فکری به‌طور مستقیم بر عملکرد سازمانی کارکنان فرمانداری شهرستان همدان تاثیر معناداری نداشت؛ اما از طریق عملیات مدیریت دانش بر عملکرد سازمانی کارکنان تاثیر داشت؛ لذا برنامه‌ریزی جهت بهبود وضعیت عملیات مدیریت دانش (مشارکت دانش، خلق و کسب دانش) در فرمانداری همدان ضروری است.

investigating the impact of intellectual capital on organizational performance and knowledge management operations (case study: hamedan county governor.

purpose: the emergence of a new economy based on knowledge and information has increased researchers’ interest in intellectual capital. this field, which has attracted the attention of many researchers, uses intellectual capital to determine the organisation’s value. in the knowledge economy, unlike the industrial economy, knowledge or intellectual capital plays a significant role in generating wealth compared to other assets, gaining a competitive advantage, and advancing organizational goals. knowledge management is the most valuable and strategic resource for organizations, and organizational performance is one of the critical steps in achieving success and excellence. the present study was conducted to investigate the impact of intellectual capital on organizational performance and knowledge management operations in the governorate of hamedan city.methodology: this research is practical in terms of purpose. the research method was descriptive of the correlation type, and the study’s statistical population included all the employees of the hamedan city governorate in 2022-2023, which consists of 65 people. in this research, using morgan’s table and considering the limited number of the statistical population, the number of research samples was selected as 56 people, and the sampling method is a simple random method. also, the reliability of the questionnaires is confirmed using cronbach’s alpha coefficient and composite reliability. the path analysis method was used to analyze the research data using spss 26 and smartpls 4 software.findings: the final results of the hypotheses test showed that intellectual capital does not significantly affect the organizational performance of hamedan governorate employees; intellectual capital has a significant effect on knowledge management operations of hamedan governorate employees. the operation of knowledge management significantly affects the organizational performance of hamadan governorate employees.originality/value: in the studied organization, intellectual capital did not significantly affect the performance of hamadan governorate employees, but it did affect the organizational performance of employees through knowledge management operations. therefore, it is necessary to plan to improve the status of knowledge management operations (knowledge sharing, knowledge creation and acquisition) in the hamedan governorate.
