شناسایی، ارزیابی و رتبه بندی عوامل موثر در بهبود کیفیت گردشگری جنگ در ایران (سفرهای راهیان نور)

هدف: اردوهای راهیان نور به‌عنوان یکی از نمونه‌های گردشگری جنگ در دهه‌های اخیر پس از جنگ تحمیلی ایران و عراق مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. با توجه به اهمیت این سرمایه، شایسته است تا مسئولین امر و کلیه برنامه‌ریزان این اردوها بکوشند تا کیفیت برگزاری این اردوها را ارتقا بخشند. روش‌شناسی پژوهش: این تحقیق بر حسب هدف کاربردی، و از لحاظ نوع داده‌ها یک تحقیق آمیخته کیفی-کمی است. این تحقیق می‌کوشد تا عوامل موثر بر بهبود کیفیت اردوهای راهیان نور را با استفاده از تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات گردآوری شده از طریق مصاحبه، با بهره‌گیری از روش تحلیل مضمون، شناسایی نماید. بر این اساس، نمونه‌گیری تا سر حد دستیابی به اشباع نظری انجام گرفته است. ازآنجاکه در تعیین میزان اهمیت این عوامل بر اساس هر یک از معیارها، عدم قطعیت وجود داشته، رتبه‌بندی این عوامل بر اساس الگوریتم تاپسیس فازی انجام گرفته است. یافته‌ها: مطابق با نتایج حاصل‌شده، بهینه‌سازی مدت زمان برگزاری اردو به‌عنوان اولین و مهم‌ترین عامل با شاخص نزدیکی نسبی 0/53467 برگزیده شده است.اصالت/ارزش افزوده علمی: بهینه‌سازی مدت زمان برگزاری، اردو منجر می شود تا با توجه به زمان بندی مناسب این اردوها با بررسی دقیقاقشار اعزام شونده، می توان اولین قدم مهم در بهبود کیفیت این اردوها را با توجه به معیارهای مورد نظر برداشت.

identification, evaluation and ranking of effective factors in improving the quality of war tourism in iran (rahyan noor travels)

purpose: rahyan noor camps have been considered one example of war tourism in recent decades after the iran-iraq war. due to the importance of this capital, it is worthwhile for the authorities and all the planners of these camps to try to improve the quality of holding these camps. methodology: this research is considered a mixed qualitative-quantitatuve reseach according to the data collection method. this research tries to identify the factors affecting the quality improvement of the rahyan noor camps by analyzing the information collected through interviews using the thematic analysis method. based on this, sampling was performed to achieve theoretical saturation. since there is uncertainty in determining the importance of these factors based on each criterion, ranking these factors is based on the fuzzy topsis algorithm. findings: according to the results, the optimization of camp time has been selected as the first and most crucial factor, with a relative proximity index of 0.53467. originality/value: optimizing the duration of the camps leads to the appropriate timing of these camps by carefully examining the dispatched groups; the first important step in improving the quality of these camps can be taken according to the desired criteria.
