تاثیر کارآفرینی، توانمندی‌های داخلی و همکاری‌های خارجی تحقیق و توسعه بر عملکرد نوآوری در گروه صنعتی مپنا

هدف: عوامل زیادی بر عملکرد نوآوری سازمان‌ها تاثیرگذارند که شناسایی این عوامل، می‌تواند مدیران را در برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت بهتر فرآیند نوآوری یاری رساند. گروه صنعتی مپنا به عنوان تولیدکننده محصولات نیروگاهی، جهت کسب مزیت رقابتی و حضور در بازارهای جهانی، نیازمند بهبود و ارتقای عملکرد نوآوری در شرکت‌های زیرمجموعه خود است. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر کارآفرینی، توانمندی‌های داخلی و همکاری‌های خارجی تحقیق‌وتوسعه بر عملکرد نوآوری در گروه صنعتی مپنا صورت گرفت. روش‌شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش، از حیث هدف کاربردی و از نظر نوع روش، پیمایشی توصیفی است. گردآوری داده‌ها در تابستان سال 1399 با روش مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی انجام شد و از ابزار پرسشنامه و مصاحبه برای بهره‌گیری از نظرات خبرگان که شامل 30 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان بخش‌های تحقیق‌وتوسعه گروه مپنا بودند، استفاده شد. در این پژوهش، 14 شاخص در قالب سه عامل کارآفرینی، توانمندی‌های داخلی تحقیق‌وتوسعه و همکاری‌های خارجی تحقیق‌وتوسعه، شناسایی و بر مبنای آن، مدل مفهومی پژوهش طراحی شد و با استفاده از رویکرد فازی و نرم‌افزار متلب، به ارزیابی عملکرد نوآوری پرداخته شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان می‌دهد هر سه عامل توانمندی‌های داخلی تحقیق‌وتوسعه، همکاری‌های خارجی تحقیق‌وتوسعه و کارآفرینی، تاثیر مثبت و مستقیم بر عملکرد نوآوری گروه مپنا دارند و توانمندی‌های داخلی تحقیق‌وتوسعه با امتیاز 7.44 دارای بیشترین تاثیر و کارآفرینی با امتیاز 5.64 دارای کمترین تاثیر است. همچنین، عملکرد نوآوری، بیشترین تاثیر را به ترتیب از شاخص‌های میزان سرمایه‌گذاری در تامین نرم‌افزارهای تحقیق‌وتوسعه، میزان سرمایه‌گذاری در تامین تجهیزات و آزمایشگاه‌ها و درصد هزینه‌های تحقیق‌وتوسعه از فروش کل سازمان، می‌پذیرد که هر سه، از شاخص‌های توانمندی‌های داخلی تحقیق‌وتوسعه هستند. هم‌چنین سطح عملکرد نوآوری، مقدار 6.44 ارزیابی شد که در محدوده متوسط رو به بالا است.اصالت/ارزش افزوده علمی: این پژوهش، یک مدل مفهومی را برای نشان دادن رابطه بین کارآفرینی، توانمندی‌های داخلی و همکاری‌های خارجی تحقیق‌وتوسعه، به منظور ایجاد عملکرد نوآورانه شرکت‌های گروه مپنا پیشنهاد کرده است.

The Impact of Entrepreneurship, R&D Internal Capabilities and R&D External Collaboration on Innovation Performance in MAPNA Industrial Group

Purpose: Many factors affect the firm’s innovation performance, and identifying these factors can help managers to better plan and manage the innovation process. MAPNA Industrial Group, as a manufacturer of power plant products, seeks to improve and enhance the innovation performance of its subsidiaries, in order to gain a competitive advantage and presence in global markets. Accordingly, the present study was conducted to investigate the impact of entrepreneurship, R&D internal capabilities, and R&D external collaboration on MAPNA’s innovation performance.Methodology: This study is a descriptive and applied research. Data collection was done using library and field study methods and a questionnaire and interview were used to benefit from the opinions of experts, which included 30 managers and experts in the R&D departments of MAPNA Group. 14 indicators in the form of three factors of entrepreneurship, R&D internal capabilities, R&D external collaboration, were identified. Then conceptual research model was designed and using fuzzy approach and MATLAB software, innovation performance was evaluated.Findings: The results show that all three factors of R&D internal capabilities, R&D external and entrepreneurship collaborations have a direct and positive effect on MAPNA Group’s innovation performance and R&D internal capabilities have the most impact with a score of 7.44 and entrepreneurship has the least impact with a score of 5.64. Also, innovation performance takes the most impact, respectively on the indicators of the amount of investment in R&D software, the amount of investment in equipment and laboratories, and the percentage of R&D costs of the organization’s total sales that all three are indicators of R&D internal capabilities. The level of innovation performance in the MAPNA group was 6.44 which is in the medium to high range.Originality/Value: This study proposed a conceptual model to illustrate the relationship between intrapreneurship, R&D internal capabilities, and R&D external collaboration in order to engender innovative performance of MAPNA.
