شناسایی بازدارنده‌های زمینه‌ای فعالیت شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان حوزه تجهیزات پزشکی (شرکت‌های مستقر در پارک علم و فناوری بین‌‎المللی جمهوری اسلامی ایران)

این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی بازدارنده‌های زمینه‌ای فعالیت شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان حوزه تجهیزات پزشکی مستقر در پارک علم و فناوری بین‌‎المللی جمهوری اسلامی ایران انجام شد. این مطالعه از نظر نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها غیرآزمایشی بوده است. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها با استفاده از مصاحبه چهره به چهره با مدیران عامل و یا نمایندگان مدیران عامل شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان حوزه تجهیزات پزشکی در پارک علم و فناوری بین‌‎المللی جمهوری اسلامی ایران بوده است. مصاحبه‌ها تا رسیدن به اشباع تئوریک پیش رفت. بر این اساس، با 23 نفر مصاحبه شد. به‌ منظور تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد. پایایی یافته‌ها با استفاده از روش توافق درون موضوعی بررسی و ضریب پایایی بدست آمده بین دو کدگذار 78 درصد محاسبه شد. روایی آن نیز با استفاده از روش روایی تفسیری و ارائه نتایج پژوهش به 12 نفر از مصاحبه‌شوندگان به‌ منظور اطمینان از صحّت یافته‌ها تایید شد. نتایج نشان داد در مراحل کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی به ترتیب در مجموع 174 کد، 63 مضمون پایه و 5 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده استخراج شدند. 5 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده تشکیل دهنده بازدارنده‌های زمینه‌ای فعالیت شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان مورد بررسی شامل ناکافی بودن حمایت‌های آموزشی، مالی و بازاریابی پارک از شرکت‌ها، حمایت ناکافی دولت از شرکت‌ها، عدم ثبات سیاست‌ها و تغییر مداوم قوانین و مقررات، مشکلات داخلی شرکت‌ها و مکان‌یابی نامناسب پارک علم و فناوری بودند. بنابراین افزایش حمایت از شرکت‌های مذکور و ثبات قوانین و مقررات می‌تواند راه‌گشای برطرف کردن بازدارنده‌های زمینه‌ای این شرکت‌ها باشند.

identifying the contextual barriers to the activity of knowledge-based companies in the field of medical device (the case of: companies located in the international science and technology park of the islamic republic of iran)

this research aimed at identifying the contextual barriers to the activity of knowledge-based companies in the field of medical device located in the international science and technology park of the islamic republic of iran. this study was non-experimental in terms of data collection. data was collected using face-to-face interviews with ceos or ceos’ representatives of knowledge-based companies in the field of medical device in the international science and technology park of the islamic republic of iran. the interviews were conducted until reaching theoretical saturation. accordingly, 23 people were interviewed. thematic analysis method was applied to analyze the data. the reliability of the findings was checked using within-subject agreement method and the obtained reliability coefficient between two coders was calculated as 78%. its validity was also confirmed using the interpretive validity method and presenting the research results to 12 interviewees to ensure the validity of the findings. the results showed that a total of 174 codes, 63 basic themes, and 5 organizing themes were extracted in the stages of open, lexical, and selective coding, respectively. 5 organizing themes that form the contextual barriers to the activities of knowledge-based companies included insufficient educational, financial and marketing support of the park to companies, insufficient government support to companies, instability of policies and constant changes in laws and regulations, companies’ internal problems and improper location of science and technology park. therefore, increasing the support of these companies and the stability of the laws can pave the way to obviate these barriers.
