تاثیر تعاملی ‌سرمایه‌گذاری خطرپذیر ‌و پویایی محیط کسب‌و‌کار بر ‌صادرات تجهیزات پزشکی

امروزه، صادرات در رشد و توسعه کشورها نقشی اساسی دارد و صادرات تجهیزات پزشکی به عنوان یکی از صنایع مبتنی بر فناوری برتر می تواند به تحقق این راهبرد کمک شایان توجهی نماید. بنابراین، بررسی عوامل موثر بر توسعه صادرات تجهیزات پزشکی –مخصوصاً در کشورهای درحال توسعه- از اهمیت و ضرورت بالایی برخورداراست.تحقیق حاضر به روش گشتاورهای تعمیم‌یافته به بررسی تاثیر ‌سرمایه‌گذاری خطرپذیر (رکن عمق بازار سرمایه مربوط به زیرشاخص پلتفرم چند جانبه دیجیتال از شاخص اکو سیستم کارآفرینی دیجیتال) و پویایی محیط کسب‌و‌کار ‌(رکن اول زیرشاخص اکوسیستم نوآوری از شاخص رقابت پذیری جهانی) ‌بر صادرات تجهیزات پزشکی در کشورهای منتخب طی دوره 2022-2015 پرداخته است. براساس نتایج تخمین ‌سرمایه‌گذاری خطرپذیر و پویایی محیط کسب‌و‌کار به صورت انفرادی و تعاملی بر صادرات تجهیزات پزشکی در هر دو گروه از کشورهای منتخب تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارند. اما، تاثیر تعاملی آنها ‌‌از تاثیر انفرادی آنها بیشتر است. ‌متغیرهای سرمایه انسانی، نرخ ارز واقعی و درجه بازبودن اقتصاد بر صادرات تجهیزات پزشکی نیز تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. با عنایت به نتایج تخمین، از یک سو با افزایش آموزش و مهارت‌افزایی، تقویت جسارت علمی، ایجاد روحیه انتقادگری و انتقادپذیری و ‌‌استفاده بیشتر از توانمندی‌های فکری، ذهنی و عقلی ‌منابع انسانی در اختیار جهت دستیابی به نوآوری‌ بیشتر و ‌‌ایجاد مزیت رقابتی سوق داده و از این طریق ‌عملکرد صادراتی آنها را بهبود بخشید و از سوی دیگر با جذب و افزایش سرمایه‌گذاران خطرپذیر و جسور خلا دسترسی به منابع مالی مورد نیاز را (به علت ریسک بالای این فعالیت‌ها معمولاً رغبت کمی برای ورود به این کار وجود دارد و شانس واحدهای تولیدی در جذب سرمایه به روش سنتی برای تجاری‌سازی ایده‌ها بسیار پایین می باشد) پوشش داده و بدین طریق امکان تولید و صادرات با هزینه کمتر و رقابت‌پذیری بیشتر را فراهم نمود.

the interactive effect ‌of venture capital and business environment dynamics on medical equipment exports

today, export plays an essential role in the growth and development of countries, and the export of medical equipment as one of the high-technology industries can contribute to realizing this strategy. therefore, investigating the factors affecting the development of medical equipment exports - especially in developing countries - is important and necessary. this research, using the method of generalized moments, investigates the effect of venture capital (the financial facilitation pillar related to the digital multi-sided platform sub-index of the digital entrepreneurship ecosystems index) and the business dynamism (the first pillar of the innovation ecosystem of the global competitiveness index) on the export of equipment medicine in selected countries during the period of 2015-2022. based on the estimation results, venture capital and the business dynamics individually and interactively have a positive and significant effect on the export of medical equipment in both groups of selected countries. however, their interactive effect is greater than their effect. the variables of human capital, real exchange rate, and openness economy also have a positive and significant effect on the export of medical equipment. considering results, on the one hand, by increasing education and skill-building, strengthening scientific and making more use of the mental and intellectual abilities of human resources at one's disposal in order to achieve more innovation and create an advantage drive competition; thereby improve their export performance, and on the other hand, by attracting and increasing risk-taking and bold investors, fill the gap of access to the required financial resources (due to the high risk of these activities, there is usually little desire to enter this business) and the chance of production units in attracting capital in the traditional way for the commercialization of ideas is very low) and thus provided the possibility of production and export with lower cost and greater competitiveness.
