واکاوی تاثیر کووید-19 بر زنجیره‌ تامین شرکت‌های تجارت الکترونیک

هدف این مطالعه بررسی تاثیر کووید-19 بر استحکام، تاب‌آوری و پایداری زنجیره تامین شرکت‌های تجارت الکترونیک است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است که با روش مقطعی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه فروشگاه‌های زنجیره‌ای تجارت الکترونیک در شهر سمنان است. از آنجا که تعداد واحدهای مستقر در این شهر محدود به چندین فروشگاه زنجیره‌ای تجارت الکترونیک است؛ بنابراین با توجه به محدود بودن جامعه آماری، حجم نمونه آماری 136 نفر با استفاده از جدول مورگان در نظر گرفته شده است. از سوی دیگر، روش نمونه گیری مورد استفاده در مطالعه حاضر، نمونه گیری در دسترس است. علاوه بر این، از چهار پرسشنامه استاندارد برای سنجش متغیرهای پژوهش استفاده شد. همچنین برای سنجش پایایی از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در این مطالعه با استفاده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری با رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای spss و smartpls انجام شده است. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که کووید-19 بر تاب‌آوری و استحکام زنجیره تامین تاثیری منفی و معنادار دارد. تاب‌آوری و استحکام زنجیره تامین بر زنجیره تامین پایدار و پیامدهای نیرومندی زنجیره تامین تاثیر مثبت و معنادار دارد.

analyzing the impact of covid-19 on the supply chain of e-commerce companies

the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of covid-19 on the robustness, resilience, and sustainability of the supply chain of e-commerce companies. the statistical population of this research is all e-commerce chain stores in semnan. as the number of units located in this city is limited to several e-commerce chain stores; therefore, due to the limited statistical population, the statistical sample size of 136 people is considered using the morgan table. on the other hand, the sampling method used in the present study is convenience sampling. in addition, four standard questionnaires were used to assess research variables. cronbach’s alpha coefficient was also used to measure reliability. data analysis in this study was performed using structural equation modeling with partial least squares approach using spss and smartpls software. findings showed that covid-19 has a negative and significant effect on supply chain resilience and robustness. supply chain resilience and robustness have a positive and significant effect on supply chain sustainability and sustainable outcomes.
