فهم پیکربندی ساختارهای سازمانی با تاکید بر سازمان ماموریت‌محور بین المللی

انتخاب ساختار سازمانی مناسب، یکی از شروط ضروری برای تطبیق موفقیت‌آمیز با تحولات بین‌المللی است؛ که این کار با طراحی مداوم ساختار سازمانی امکان‌پذیر خواهد شد. لذا پژوهش حاضر، باهدف فهم طراحی پیکربندی ساختارها با تاکید سازمان ماموریت‌محور بین المللی انجام‌شده است. روش پژوهش حاضر، بررسی کیفی است که ضمن بررسی ادبیات موضوع با روش تحلیل موضوعی، معیارهای موثر با استفاده از نرم‌افزار مکس‌کیودا شناسایی گردید؛ و همچنین، با استفاده از نقطه نظرات شانزده نفر از خبرگان جامعه آماری، دانشگاه با نمونه گیری غیر تصادفی هدفمند، با کمک فن دلفی فازی، در دو مرحله، از طریق نظرسنجی آنلاین، هیجده تا معیار برای پیکربندی ساختارها، تحلیل و قطعی گردید. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها درنهایت منجر به شکل‌گیری هیجده تا مضمون سازمان دهنده و سه تا مضمون فراگیر شامل کشش‌ها، بخش‌های مهم سازمان، انواع هماهنگی‌های سازمان شد. نتایج نشان دادند که ایدئولوژی سازمانی به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین معیار در طراحی پیکربندی سازمان‌های ماموریت‌محور بین المللی است

Understanding the configuration of organizational structures with the emphasis on international missionoriented organization

Choosing the right organizational structure, one of the prerequisites for successful adaptation to international evolution’s. This will be possible by continuous design of the organizational structure. Therefore, the present study, with the goal of understanding the design of the configuration of structures with the emphasis of missionoriented organization. The present research method, Qualitative study which, while reviewing the literature of the subject with the method of thematic analysis, effective criteria were identified using MAXQDA software; and also, using the point of view of 16 experts from University with nonrandom sampling, with the help of fuzzy Delphi fan, in two steps, through online surveys, 18 criteria for designing the configuration of structures were analyzed and finalized. Data analysis eventually led to the formation of 18 organizing themes and 3 comprehensive themes including stretching, important parts of the organization, types of organization coordination. The results showed that organizational ideology is considered as the most important criterion in designing the configuration of missionoriented organizations
